 :owaaaaahhh!!!!!!! i just finished logging in my lunch food intake 1000 Cal agad!!! i ate  kfc chicken breast 320 cal, more than slice of chiffon cake nasa 620 cal na!!!!!! eh meron pako kinain iba eh, hayy i need to eat less later or just exercise more, :)

ako rin super tamad din ako after i eat and wait for few mins balik na ulit ako sa room but i exercise naman try mo na muna yungmga 15min exercise or try watching tv while doing sit ups or for me this i the best para di ako ma bore nag de-day dream ako, thinking things i wanna do or buy, pag nag te-threadmill ako ill have an album sa itunes na it will run about 30mins, yung lucky me sotanghon lite 125cal lang add 1cup cabbage 21 cal lang you can put hard boiled egg if you want, sis just add hot water lang yun, kesa sa padeliver pa ngfast food, :)

kahit anong cardio activity pwede na rin kasi ako ayaw ko ng outdoor act. natatakot kasi akong umitin kasi last nov. nag coron kami ni hubby di parin bumabalik yung color ko :(

kahit cleaning or any household chores your doing cardio act. na pero mas ok pa rin for me yung workout sa gym kasi tina-target niya yung specific body part mo, on my part kasi mabilis mag-shrink ng legs and arms ko kahit feet and hands  fingers mabilis mag shrink medyo mabagal yung face ko and yung tummy area kasama na yung lower abdomen (puson yun diba?) so pag di ako mag extra time dun ang panget di ba

oo nga pano lumiit yung face? does anyone knows???

sa mga nag gym na do you take whey protein? it helps you to gain muscles which can helps  you burn more fat so it helps to lose weight, ive read articles about it. so nagawa nyo na ba to?

hi everyone!

add nyo din ako sa myfitnesspal... titserfides ID ko.

ako I started at 200 plus pounds, at 5'2. ewww. actually hindi ko tinitingnan ang weight ko. the weighing scale was my biggest fear.

nagstart ako to cut down my carbs intake. after mga 5 months, nag 82 kgs na ako.. mga 180 lbs. I enrolled sa Cohen Diet Program and for a month, i lost 18.92 pounds. Today, (4 days after) nawala 20 pounds na na-lose ko.

I am targetting mga 500-700 calories a day for food intake. nafo-follow naman yun kasi I do Cohens. Tapos i do the treadmill for 1.5 hours, targeting 500 calories. Mabagal lang, slowly but surely. The good thing is lahat na ng damit ko maluwag! Tapos may jaw line na ulit ako! hahaha.

Sa July wedding ko, ang target ko kahit 135-140 lang.

Guys, swear. HULA HOOP! Nakakaliit ng belly! Sa una di ako marunong pero dahil sa pagpractice, nakuha ko na rin. Super pinagpapawisan ako sa kanya XD And masaya siya, unlike other exercises :p

kaya yan sis.. lessen your carbs. madaming hidden calories and drink. so go back to basics lang. good proteins like chicken breast, lean beef.. and a lot of greens and veggies!

.,wow ang galing sis somehow i miss my jawline din pag nakikita ko yung mga old pictures ko parang ibang iba na ang itsura ko feeling ko mukha nako oink oink.,pero atleast mga sis kina kaya ko yung puro veggies lang at fruits pag nanghihina ako kain lang ako sa small plate (platito) ng kanin at ulam wala ng balikan yun nabubusog nako

tapos iwas inom ng malamig na tubig at tinatry ko na patikim tikim lang ng pagkain yung dalawa tatlong subo ok na tapos inom na ng isang basong tubig ok naman atleast nakakain ko pa gusto ko, nung sunday pumunta kami sa biyenan ko sabi niya pumayat daw ako?hehe... ;D

Thanks pinaytechie!!! di kasi ako marunong maghula hoop eh... kahit nung bata pa ko... pero try ko hihiram ako sa kapitbahay namin na bata... hehe... :D

thanks for adding me sa myfitnesspal!!! grabe super sipag mo mag exercise!!! nakaka-encourage din gawin... di ka ba nanghihina sa 500-700 cal? palagay under cohen ka naman and supervised naman ng doctor... mahal kasi eh... 55k.... pag nagkaron ng cheaper version.. or magkaron ng discount.. hehe.. :D im so happy for you!!! just logged in my breakfast food intake 200 cal palang... and later ill do some crunches.. di pwede ako mag intense workout using my leg.. i have a wound sa right foot ko medyo swollen pa siya.. im taking mefenamic and ibuprofen.. pero medyo okay na siya.. hope it'll get better soon.. :)

kaya mo yan!! april pa naman eh and we are here to support you and encourage you... im so sure you will look amazing sa wedding gown mo!!! :)

pa-join mga sisses.. dec bride ako.. pero chubby pa din.. last year, i tried using slimming coffee.. effective naman.. in 2 months, from 31 inches to 27 inches waistline.. last jan, started ulit ako sa coffee.. pero wala ng effect.. tried herbal slimming capsules... no effect pa din.. natatakot na ako na intake ang gingamit ko.. now, i am using aurislim earrings.. effective siya kasi nawawala ang cravings ko sa foods.. 1lb every week nalolose ko.. ok na kesa wala.. last week, ang rice ko sa lunch lang at sobrang konti kasi busog ako agad.. no merienda.. more on water lang...

natatakot akong magweigh ulit.. hehe.. pero maluluwag na ang mga pants ko.. d na ako hingalin.. sa fri nalang ako maweweigh ulit...

dati nag-gy-gym ako sa fitness first... may instructor pa ako.. kaso wala naman nababawas sa weight ko.. ang mahal pa... now, thinking to enrol on our local gym.. kahit cardio lang..

pa advise naman if ok lang na sat and sun lang ang gym? kasi uwian ako ng pampanga.. wala na akong time on weekdays... sasabayan ko kahit papaano ng exercise ang diet mode ko.. sana mabawasan na ng weight...

@chubbycheeks ako rin i love patis lalo na yung top choice yung brand!! sarap lalo na sa green mango!!!! YUM!!! pero binabawas bawasan ko na rin today di pa ko nagpapatis for 2 days straight!!! :)
nagme-metformin ka ba??? kasi ako sa metformin super lbm ako eh... favor sakin naman yun.. im taking metformin for my pcos..
sis, kaka-backread ko lang. re metformin, yes. i'm taking it for my diabetes + pcos  :( i'm thinking because of these conditions kaya hindi ako mabilis pumayat. huhuhuhu  :'( no hulahoop for me today. paggaling ng work, inuna ko ang mga diy ko for the wedding. hay. consistently inconsistent ako! i stopped my hcg drops and hindi pa rin ako nagre-reload to get ready for it kasi may nabasa akong hair loss side-effect, so for now, south-beach diet meals muna, baka sabayan ko rin ng nutrimeal.

i know how you feel.. it took me 4 months to lose about 30 lbs pero no exercise yun di lang ako masyado kumamakain ng rice about 1/2-1cup of rice lang a day, lately lang ako nag exercise but today and maybe til tom. stop muna swollen pa yung wound ko sa left foot eh.. pero for us na pcos mas challenged talaga tayo kung baga double effort.. but still we can do it and we will..

yup, sis anne.. minsan reward yourself din so you won't feel deprived. ako, pag deviation-free ako from my food plan, i give myselg a can of sprite lite. masaya lang. hahaha.. rest your foot muna. para optimal level pag nag work out ka ulit.  btw sis, can i post my weight loss every month? grabe mag fluctuate ang weight ko eh, at ayoko ma-disappoint so every month ako mag weigh. yun din sabi kasi sa program. ang mahal din ng digital scale kaya sa clinic ako nag we-weigh...hope you understand!

sis hanson 15- Thanks for adding me in myfitnesspal. :) nga pala girls, i shared my food diary (inayos ko ang settings).. kung pwede din, pasilip ng food and exercise logs nyo para ma-encourage naman ako.

sis filipinasadhart- the first step is the hardest. but once you make that decision, be determined to keep it. it will take months of sacrifice, but YOU are worth the change.

sis chubbycheeks -hahaha! DIY muna! ako napabayaan ko ang wedding preps ko for a while. pero babalik na ulit ako sa weekend. stick to your SB meals, healthy yan! more than anything, healthy choices talaga ang makakacontribute sa weight loss in the long run.

sis andylhen, parang na -curious ako sa slimming coffee ha. addict ako sa coffee as in Starbucks frappe (sobrang sinful!) everyday. Now, i am gulping black coffee with splenda instead. haha. not the same thing pero caffeine fix pa din. gusto ko ma-try ang slimming coffee!!
yes sis, ang gym ever weekend ay better than nothing. go for it. sa weekdays, trying walking around the neighborhood, sa mall or climbing the stairs any occasion you can. bili ka ng pedometer and try to reach the goal of 10,000 steps.  ;)
