let's try boxing sis? mountain climbing? hay any activity na consistent na magagawa ntn to lose weight.

mga sis, sali ako! :D
i want to lose at least 15 pounds. I'm 5'2 and I used to weigh around 110-120 pounds pero I gained another 10 pounds nung nag midshift ako sa work.

I want to try boxing din talaga, feeling ko kasi mas masarap mag boxing pag may kasama,my husband is not into it and so as my friends.
Any suggestions kung san tyo pwede mag boxing? :)

 mga sis sama ako dyan parehas kme ni anne gusto ko rin magkababy kya gusto ko magdiet 5'2 kc ako then un weight ko 127 lbs ...k lang nman kaso depressed rin ako kc magtthree  (3 year) n kming nagsasama ng husband ko tpos la pa kmeng baby student rin ako at same tme ang hirap tlaga mag diet pero pag ok ang time ko khit sa bhay nagwwork out ako...ntatakot ako tumaba ng tumaba bka mbawasan un chance ko n mag ka baby .... pero naicip ko bta p nman ako....

Feeling ko hindi ko na need magloose ng weight ang need ko is magloose ng sangkatutak na fats. Im 5"2 and 115 pounds pero ang laki ng kaha ko. Pag sinisukat ko body fat ko i get 32% hahaha pano kaya gagawin ko?

yeah, you need to lose fat (and inches!). i'm no nutrionist, but my suggestion would be to follow a ketogenic diet or a low glycemic index diet.  Ketogenic diet promotes burning of stored fat. While low glycemic index diet helps to regulate release of insulin in the body, thus preventing to put your body in fat storage-mode.

count me in, sis anne01. 5'2 1/2 (or 5'3, my guess) and 130 lbs. been into south-beach-inspired diet for the past 3 weeks na and funny thing is that, hindi bumababa ang weight ko. on cheat days, walang na-a-add. not sure if my body's still adjusting. weird lang talaga for me na constant siya at 130 lbs. sinabayan ko din ng hcg drops but i have to stop since i have to take antibiotics for a week. magstart ulit ako with hcg this week. exercise? exercise na for me ang body slender. hindi kasi talaga ako athletic so yan na lang ang ginagawa ko every morning paguwi ko from shift. cheers to a sexy us! ;D

tagal ko ng plan mag-hulahoop, sis bluegirl. sana alam ko pa how. tee hee! ;D

Sis yung katawan ang laki pero hindi ako overweight. Nagkataon lang na mafats talaga ako. Thanks sis i will check this hehe :)

mga sis iwas lang sa maalat kasi yun nagpaparetain ng water sa katawan natin. wag na magpatis at toyo as sawsawan. and of course matatamis.

i used to weigh after may pregnancy 140 lbs, after 8 months im down to 114 lbs.

nagworkout ako with my trainer. i need to. kailangan ko may magmomotivate. twice a week kame pero in between nagwoworkout ako ng sarili ko. elliptical bike, ab exercises and dumbbells plus trx.

ngayon nagholy week i think im back to 120lbs, pero i have to check. sobra akong kumain eh  :)
aabay ako sa kasal on May kaya kelangan ko magpapayat ulit. target ko sana 115-116lbs.  :)

Sumali ako sa http://sparkpeople.com/. Anyone with an account here or should I sign up for myfitnesspal? gusto ko kasi yung madaming kakilala para mas motivated. Anyway, my main goal is to eat healthy to live healthy. I want to lose weight too.

I'm 5'3 and 165 pounds.

My goal for this week is to eat pure veggies (no rice) for dinner. 1 cup of rice for lunch.

ang nakakapagbigay sa akin ng motivation ay yung mga damit ko. kapag hindi na ako magkasya, nafufrustrate ako at yun na ang time ko para mag-start ng magpapayat. after mo naman magpapayat, ang makapagbibigay sa iyo ng satisfaction is yung mag-fit ka na sa old clothes mo. ang sarap sa pakiramdam. :)

ito rin laging nire-remind sken ng mom ko but i cannot resist. tee hee!. ang hirap!  :o

ako din, sis, busy or not, lagi talaga akong may foodie. sabi nga ng officemate ko pag nakikita nyang i'm eating my sbd meals, "sa lahat ng nagda-diet, ikaw ang pampered sa food." wahahaha :D

and yes, nagstart na ulit ako mag-hulahoop ;D

hayyy naku mga sis ilang days ako walang internet actually meron naman kayalang super bagal!!!! kaya ngayon lang ako makakapagpost.. anyways...

nakakainis ang gym na pinagmembershipan ko sa april 22 pa raw ang opening and tentative sched pa sya so dito muna ako sa bahay magwowork out... di pa rin ako nakakapag weigh takot ako eh last saturday kasi nag cheat day ako bday ko naman nun kaya valid naman diba... so sa friday nalang ulit sana kahit 1 lb.. hahahahaha...

my total cal. intake (food) for the past few days ranges 900-1100 cals lang kaya lang last sat kain talaga ako then today bday ng dad-in-law ko eh ang sarap talaga ng caldereta nya... so kain ulit.. pero kaninang breakfast 312 cal lang so mamayang dinner lucky me sotanghon lite lang (125cal) with shredded cabbage (21cal) lang ang kakainin ko... pero mga sis nakakabusog naman sya... :) so bawi-bawi lang.. :D

true yan kasi pwede kang magka-hormonal imbalance plus diabetes and a lot more... pero 127lbs ka palang naman... kayang kaya mo yan... pa check ka sa ob mo so you would know kung bakit hindi pa...  baby dust satin!!! :)

@chubbycheeks ako rin i love patis lalo na yung top choice yung brand!! sarap lalo na sa green mango!!!! YUM!!! pero binabawas bawasan ko na rin today di pa ko nagpapatis for 2 days straight!!! :)
nagme-metformin ka ba??? kasi ako sa metformin super lbm ako eh... favor sakin naman yun.. im taking metformin for my pcos..

oo nga super ok pag you can wear again your old clothes or buy a new one tapos magugulat ka pag 1 or 2 sizes smaller ka na!! plus the compliments diba.. :)

ok lang naman kumain ng maraming beses sabi nga mga 5-7 times a day mas ok kesa sa 2-3 big meals. basta in small portions lang... and sabi ng friend doctor ko na mas maganda within 2hrs after you wake up dapat nakapagbreakfast ka na and dont wait to be hungry before you eat kasi we tend to eat more plus mas babagal ang metabolism natin pag ganon...


 sis.. k lang ba sa friday weigh in tayo?!?!?!?! para bago magcheat day (yung iba) ng weekend alam na natin.. hehe... i promise whatever it takes kahit mag rent ako sa labas ill post my weight!!! :)

I recently enrolled sa finix gym. Pero hindi pa ko nagdidiet. hehe
Height: 4 11
Weight: 55.5 KG

sabi ng nurse dito.. i need to lose at least 5 pounds to reach my ideal weight. tapos sunod na ang toning. kaya puro cardio ang gnagawa ko ngayon. hirap mag treadmill. sakit sa legs :(

My goal is to lose 30 lbs by october. Birthday ko yun and I'll be spending it sa beach and I want good pictures nun :)

Mga obstacles on losing weight: Couch potato talaga ako. Ayoko nagwoworkout kapag ang init sa labas. I also cook for myself so pag tamad ako magcook I just eat out. Dami ko things to overcome.

try mo sis sa evening magworkout or early morning para hindi masyado mainit. mahirap sa una pero 30-45 mins exercise a day okay na... kaya mo yan. basta may target goal ka and time kung kelan mo maachieve yun, yan ang motivation. ako i always post quotes regarding weight loss sa fb ko, nakakamotivate yun. and i look at my fat pictures.  :)

june 2011 ako nagstart magpapayat pero naging seryoso lang ako november na kasi feb this year nagplan kami mag bora e. sa awa naman ng Diyos nakapag-two piece swimsuit ako kahit may konting bilbili  ;) tiyaga lang sis,  consistency, discipline and motivation.
