Hello.Moms !
At first, I didn't want to comment on this topic, because being a PP myself,it would look unethical, but I feel, that there is a higher obligation on my part to share whatever knowledge I have of the "so-called" activities of this said person to prevent another victim .The well-known party-host I handle is also one of her talents (PPs mostly have common talents).I have a very good working relationship with this host as he has been part of many successful kiddie parties I handled. In one event at Plaza Ibarra, where she was the PP, we met.I supplied the entertainment for the said party.I wondered why it was not through her that the entertainers were contacted, since she was the party supplier, the mom of the celebrator specifically wanted this host and his group to tie in with their theme. When my party host talent saw this PP ,he immediately told me that he has been looking for this PP,he has been texting,e-mailing and calling her---all modes of communication he exhausted to reach her,he was always unsuccessful because she never replied or responded. In fact,he said ,he researched on her whereabouts, address, full name and plan to take legal action against her.It turns out that the said PP did not pay his talent fee/services.To think that
this host always does his job well .Imagine the frustration of this party host not to be paid for his services. It was not only the monetary part of the situation, but the trust he gave to this person. She owes him Php Xx,xxx.I also learned from the party host that this PP owes an invitation/customized loot bag supplier some amount, too, and if my memory serves me right,a photographer or photobooth service.
To cut the story short,my party host talked to Ms.Emie and asked her to pay him.She said "Ok" to him,but all was left hanging.Well ,I hope she did this time.Pero to go through all the trouble of locating her?
Also,I noticed that she was very active in this forum, giving pointers on what's right and wrong, what makes a good and bad party planner...how to spot a con,so there.
