if you ever encounter balloon creations ( heidi sanchez lu) who has  changed her multiply name to http://redballooncompany.multiply.com/ RED BALLOON COMPANY under the name BETHINA SANCHEZ as informed to me by another sis by email, i highly DO NOT recommend them. the design she set up for my son alessi's first birthday last sept 26 2010 at the blue leaf was not up to specs to what we agreed upon. the name of my son in the guestbook and in all 15 table centerpiece were misspelled. a few of our guest had already arrived and their people were still cleaning and finishing up past 3pm(our guest invitation call time was 3pm). it wasnt fair on our part given that their contract was strict on making advances and the final payment a few days before the party. HEIDI LU the owner is a nightmare to work with. i hope no one suffers the same headaches we encountered with her and her company. i can email proof of their company's major errors. thank you all.

minsan kasi yung mga nagnenegative feedback na ganyan eh mga detractors nung sinisiraan nila.. they found this as medium para tirahin yung taong ni hindi man lang mababasa yung post nila.. well anyway, yung mga clients na nagkaron ng bad experience with their PP eh i raise ng maayos yung side nila.. :)

hello! this is an honest evaluation on A1 catering services (located in cubao, q.c.) based on my recent experience. for a super busy  mom like me, i hired a1 recently for my daughter's bday, specifically their "P25,000 all-inclusive kiddie party"(actually, d total was almost P28,000 plus service charge). during d down payment, ms. mary quilling, d owner, assured us that they will be on time, since d party will start at 2pm, they promised to start d set up at 11am.but to my dismay, during d event, they arrived at 1:30 pm!! starting 12nn, i called mary so many times bec i was worried since d guests know that d venue has time limit so they already told me that they arrive on time. A1's 1st excuse was "naghahanap ng ice" then "papunta na"..imagine,halos sabay dumating ang guests namin at ang A1! i was so ashamed of my guests kc [textspeak!] iba ayaw pa pumasok dahil nakita nag set up pa at wlang maupuan.ako pang tinanong ni ms mary kng nasaan ang clowns? hello, kasama sa package nla yun! worst, [textspeak!] inclusion na 30 stick baloons, name tags, party hats, balloon pillars, etc-as in [textspeak!] akong nakita!! dumating nga ang clowns, may sariling excuse bat na late d pa nga dw sana cla matuloy eh.ano?at napaka lousy maghost! nanghingi pa ng props for d magic show.my gosh! i started looking 4 ms mary, nawala na sya bigla. ang food - walang lasa! [textspeak!] beef, umaapaw ang sauce, ang tigas ng chicken lollipop..by d way, ang mga chairs, ang dudumi at sira.ang mga waiters & staff nkatayo [textspeak!] [textspeak!] at wlang pkialam sa concerns ng guests. we were so disappointed.kahit inagahan [textspeak!] sana ng a1 dumating pra nakita ko pa [textspeak!] set up, nadagdagan ko [textspeak!] contents ng 30 loot bags kc ang laman isang candy [textspeak!] yata at sticker..hiyang-hiya ako nung inabot ko sa mga bata.meron akong goodies na dala kaya [textspeak!] dahil late ang A1 at dumating na mga guests, hindi ko na naasikaso..to a1, ito ang evaluation namin ng husband ko, basta [textspeak!] kayo makakuha ng pera, [textspeak!] na kayong pakialam kng ma-satisfy ang client nyo!! this should be a warning to all kc ang ganda ng come-on nla sa internet with all d pictures.remember A1, it's not all about money, it's how u satisfy clients for your business 2 prosper!

share ko lang..party was for my friend and they invited Rico the magician bago pa cya pumasok ng PGT. Nagtext cya at first sa coordinator na mallate daw cya, then inextend yung party but still no text..then sabi nya he cant come daw coz nasa finals daw cya ng PGT..unfortunately that was his last PGT night. Then nagapologize and sabi gagawa daw cya paraan to make up for that party. set ng new time and event kahit di na birthday ng baby para lang mabawi binayad. so pumayag parents ng celebrant. but after a day..sabi Tumaas na daw fee nya! that was like 5-10k higher than his original rate kasi daw may manager na cya! kaloka! eh nabook naman cya nung wala pa cya name eh. now di na nagpaparamdam and di pa rin matuloy and promise nya na event for the clients! bayad na and all. sayang cya! he was good pa naman! lumaki na agad ulo!

Sallypet, grabe naman yang experience mo with that caterer. Apart from the stress na binigay nya sayo, mas hinde mababayaran yung kahihiyan mo sa guests mo.
Whatever I want, I get. If I can't, I don't stop TRYING.

i will not name names, but i want to warn you mommies about trusting a supplier.  last april i was in contact with a PP.  i asked her to book me a host.  i contacted the host directly too pero mas nauna si PP mag text back.  super ambilis sumagot sa text.  tapos i paid the 60% downpayment para to confirm na daw yung host on my date.  kasi may naka tentative daw kay host, so mag DP na ko agad para unahan yung naka tentative  i paid promptly.  i texted her na i paid na.  matagal bago mag reply na noted na nya.

after 2 weeks, biglang si host nagkamali ng text sa akin, asking kung tutuloy pa ako sa reservation ko.  so na panic ako and texted agad PP.  sabi nya wag ko na daw reply-an si host dahil baka magkagulo pa sa usapan nila.  tapos pina send pa nya sakin yung transaction receipt ko sa bank ng deposit ko ng downpayment noon, which i promptly did again.

so akala ko all the while ok na, kasi wala na kong narinig sa kanya.  but then doubtful parin ako so everyday tine text ko sya kung ok na si host.  after 3 days, biglang tumawag sakin, nag buntong hininga na pagka lakas lakas.  kesyo daw nagka miscommunication daw sila ni host and ended up hindi ako na book on my date.  so nag apologize sya and hahanap parin daw sya for me ng replacement.  so sige pumayag ako.  nung una sabi nya give her until end of day tapos i u update nya ako.

eto ang weird nga lang sa conversation, gusto nya ako mag pay in full para sure na may makuha sya agad na ibang talent, at bibigyan nalang nya ako ng free face painting services on my party.  sabi ko sa kanya hindi pwede.  yung P4800 pesos na dineposit ko sa kanya more than 2 weeks ago nalang ang i-apply nya, di na ko pwede mag cash out kasi enrollment ng mga bata.

so everyday kinukulit ko sya, kung may nakuha na ba.  minsan may reply minsan wala. tapos sabing super busy sya sa church activities kasi nasa organizing committee sya.  so after 1 week i gave up na.  sabi ko isauli nalang yung binayad ko sa kanyang P4800 kasi i will cancel my party nalang.

anyways, weird lang, kasi meron nag rant sa kanya sometime early summer, during the time nakikipag transact ako sa kanya.  tapos by the time na nagkakanda loko narin yung transaction sakin, hindi na sya active dito.  pero wala narin yung rant post about them.

with that nawalan ako ng gana mag plan ng party ng anak ko.  nakaka praning din kasi yung nung hindi pa sinosoli ang money ko na baka scammer ito at baka hindi na isoli ang pera ko ever.  since mukhang hindi nya isosoli ang 600 na binawas nya at wala syang explanation whatsoever bakit binawas, i said that day na kung ipangkakain nya yun eh siguradong sasakit ang tyan nya. hehe

weird nga ng party preps ko this time.  nung sa panganay ko noong 2008 wala akong naging kahit ano mang problema sa mga ka transaction ko.

etong sa bunso ko weird... i first contacted yung PP noong 2008.  may pagka mataray naman sya sumagot kaya na turn off ako at di na ko nakipag transact... first kasi i asked if alex or flooch is available on my date and how much.  sagot nya 12k and hindi na daw.  how much ba ang budget ko daw.  so while i was typing my reply, nagkamali ako ng press, na press ko send agad.  sabi ko kasi sa text "my budget is 10k"  but i accidentally pressed send.  i was supposed to say "my budget is 10K if hindi sila alex or flooch"  (my point being, i wont be willing to spend more than 10k kung hindi rin lang yung first 2 choices ko).  sagot ba nman agad sakin ni PP "Nyek!  eh sila alex nga 12k kaya!"  so na turn off ako since bonggang nyek agad ang sagot nya.

so there, disappointing ang party preps ko.
