i cancelled all my transactions with her 3 days after i gave my down payment.. kasi ng check ako directly to the host and venue, hindi pa pals na-isettle nitong pp na to ang payment to think na hiningi  nya sakin ang full payment ng venue, and 60% for the host and styro backdrop.. we agreed na ibabalik nya ang dp ko few days after ko i-cancel.. nothing happened.. i told her na kylangan ko na ang money sabi nya ibabalik nya kaagad. everyday she makes excuses para mamove ang pagbalik sakin, sabi ko since hindi naman nakarating sa host and venue ang money bka pwede na nya ibalik saakin yun money everyday sha nakikiusap on this day.. etc... etc.. in fairness to her, ngbalik naman sya ng money (Php xx,xxx) but she still owes me (Php xx,xxx) until now was the last day ng usap namin dapat for her to give the money, no replies to texts, cellphones cannot be reached. so feeling ko tinaguan nya na ako. so beware mga mommies..

that's very sad naman, sis! may story din akong ganyan pero buti na lang not as huge as yours... kahit paano naman na-deliver yung services na kinuha ko, dala na din siguro ng dasal. 
yung refund ko hindi nya na binigay and deadma sa lahat ng mga messages of follow-up hanggang sa makaalis kami ng bansa... pati ibang party items na hindi na-turn-over nung crew nya sa akin, goodbye na din lahat...

she should have thought kung ano yung mawawala sa kanya kung mag-screw up sya like that...

What happened to Emie? Sira na name niya, sayang kase she's been a big contributor sa thread on children's parties. Sana she can speak up for herself. Hindi ko na rin siya nakikita dito sa GT.  I suggest you ask the moderator about this matter. Kase she's known as a party planner dito sa GT.

^ on our part, we haven't posted any update or negative feedback about her because we have tried to settle it quietly and amicably.  in fairness to her, she tried to pay us in installment but we have to remind her all the time but now, one year has already passed and she still owes us xx,xxx.  since march 2012, she doesn't reply to our texts or emails anymore. her last installment to us was 3rd quarter of last year if my memory serves me right.
to the thread starter: Thank you!  this thread will help other sisses here to be cautious about getting this particular party planner dahil marami na talaga syang nabiktima and nabibiktima pa. i believe that her name should remain in the thread to warn the others and serve as a disclaimer if ever they get her in the guise of another business name, alias, gt handle/username, or website.

She is very well known for this kind of M.O. (Modus Operandi) .
Until now, hindi pa rin nya nababayaran ang XX,XXX na binayad ng client para sa services namin.  i hate to admit na she ran away with our money na rin.  Hindi na rin sya sumasagot sa email and texts namin.  So mga sis, beware talaga.  by the way, she is also known here as Bluekaren780.

Kahapon ko pa ito nabasa pero naalala ko yun isa thread na most mommies who replied e nagsabi na pag sila naloko e pabayaan na lang kasi hassle pa if habulin kaya nakakawalang gana na sumagot dito.

Kasi kung gusto natin tumigil sa panloloko yun tao, gumawa ng legal na hakbang para malaman nya na ano consequence ng panloloko.

But since ayaw natin magpa-abala sa hassle ng pagrereklamo kasi "maliit" na halaga lang naman yan sa iba e tiisin na lang natin na makapagbasa ng mga istorya ng mga future victims pa.

actually po sis stormy i got her through GT talaga, kumuha ako ng service sa kanya 3yrs ago, so para iwas na rin ng manloloko sa mga online pp/seller or what you ever call them sya parin ang kinuha ko kasi she delivered her service naman. ang mali ko lang e hindi ko na nabasa ang latest about her recently, and have read zoemnl's journal just the day after i paid, kaya i was totally heartbroken and confirmed it with the host and venue, kaya i cancelled, ayoko masira party ng baby ko thinking that it na mas mapapadali if i cancelled. has nadelay pa ako dahil i am starting from scratch again.

sorry to all legal and trusted party planners/suppliers if i posted something like this, baka akalain ng iba na all cannot be trusted, HINDI PO.. this is just my warning to every mom who wants to throw a nice party for their kids, na kilalanin muna ng mabuti ang planner, kesyo nagmamadali or what wag magbibigay ng full payment and definitely reconnect with them palagi to update kung nagawa na nya ang part nya as planner. lalo na kapang ang bilis nya kumuha ng down payment and then after nun, she barely replies, kabahan na kayo..

sis skylar-ddm, kayo pala ang kawawa ni emie, you gave your services peru hindi kayo nabayaran.. that is panloloko na.. i don't care kung tanglin nila tong thread, but i am glad na at least there have been 250+ viewers na nito.

will keep you updated guys on what actions i will do but definitely, will not stop doing everything para lang mabayaran nya mga utang nya saatin.. i hope some moms can help me out.. we worked hard for our money tapos pakikinabangan lang ng iba, that is hell..

hindi po ako mang aaway dito or what, pero will push through legal actions para matapos na ito, thanks for your support moms, God bless us always.

goodluck, sis. siguro that's one way for her to stop doing things like this. yung blog ni zoe, have read it also, i think sya yung kasunod kong event last november 2011. and she was contacting me too prior sa parties ng babies namin... there were also couple of inquiries sent to my email from offshore based moms kaya lang too late na-book na nila sa DIEM ang kanilang party. 

sabi nga sa isang thread na dapat umiwas talaga tayo sa pagbibigay ng malaking down payment... at ang mag-full payment before the party. for me, it was a lesson learned talaga. ang style nya kasi e mamadaliin ka mag-down payment and give you something "free" in return and whenever she needs money siguro pag may upcoming event sya na nagalaw na nya ang down payment...

sayang talaga for her kasi she's been in the industry a while now. sana what she did with her new clients e i-prove wrong yung mga accusations sa kanya before by giving them good service. goodluck ulit sis, at sana ma-realize na nya what she's been doing at maitama nya yun. sa akin, yung refund na di nya binalik, kikitain pa naman yun, good thing small amount na lang. bahala na si Lord sa kanya. pero with big amount like yours at ng ibang sis pa dito, mahirap talaga palampasin ng ganun na lang.

Ive heard about that, sis. Out of town ako that time. 
My husband and i have been through a tough time recently kaya di ko naasikaso about talking to a lawyer. There was a time na nagccocommunicate naman si emie so hindi ko muna tinuloy ang demanda.  Pero now that  we're slowly recovering na from the loss of my pregnancy, hahabulin ko na talaga sya legally.

good thing for me is that hindi naman ganoon ka disaster ginawa niya...medyo na late lang ang host na hire niya tapos [textspeak!] mga pinadala kong baloons sa kanya na sila na mag inflate para sa party ayun hindi niya dinala....

then ang usapan namin na papatungan ng cake ayun hindi din niya dala...hindi ko nalang pinost dito kasi hindi naman niya ako tinakbuhan ng pera kaso nga lang palpak talaga siya...

i think ginagamit niya sa ibang event ang dina down ng mga mommies sa kanya...kaya wala siyang pambayad pag nag cancel.

hi guys, i have just signed up sa GT because of this thread na now ko [textspeak!] nabasa.  I am based out of PH and yesterday [textspeak!] ngpadala ako ng down sa knya which is 60% plus payment for the venue.  Today I am unable to contact her and yung landline number na nacontact ko yesterday, sabi sakin e hindi na daw connected sa kanila effective today.  Meron po ba sainyo nkakaalam on how I can reach her? landline or address? I hate to think na na scam nya [textspeak!] ako and Im still hoping mg dedeliver sya ng service for my baby's baptism.

meron po ba ditong client na after mgbayad sa knya, as in totally hindi na sya ma contact and hindi na deliver yung event?
