So whenever we see yayas in uniform, it doesn't automatically mean naman na mayabang or maporma yung mga amo, it's just for our kids' sake na rin to have a neat and undistracted caretakers.
Sis could not have said it better, askig naman the helpers to wear auniform isnt form of paguayabang on the employers part. For me its also making them more presentable and neat looking kasi di naman lahat ng helpers madaming damit. Most of the time the stuff they have they use it both panglanas ang pambahay (at least i observed that from our current hh - that's why balaknko sya ipag uniform). Also i see nothig demeaning about wearing a white or blue scrub suit... Sabi nga ni Daphne Osena sa blog nya having a uniform also helps "professionalize" their Work And sakin lang naman to ha, di ba mas mabuti g naka uniform na maayos ang tratonkesa naman di mo nga pinag-u-uniform kesyo demeaning or whatever pero grabe naman kung itrato & pagsalitaan ng kung ano ano if pinapagalitan just my 2 cents.
