Hi sisses! I was dignosed with Psoriatic Arthritis last march. Im 28. Sobrang sad ako nun kasi medyo in denial pa ko. Im dealing with my arthritis plus may skin rashes pa. Nagpaskin biopsy ako, guttate psoriasis yung finding. Malala yung scalp ko, im using scalpex twice a week and sebamed shampoo.

I'm taking metothrexate too (15mg), prescribed by my rheumatologist. It will help din daw sa psoriasis ako. May times na nagsubside sila pero never totally nawala.

Change of lifestyle at dapat stress free talaga.

Hi bonnie07,

I have the same psoar as yours. I feel you. I've had it since I was 9 years old. I know telling you do not be sad won't help a lot pero just so you know marami rin same sayo. And we get by. Anyway I did take metho for 2 years straight and then mailan ilan months on and off after . I've stopped it for 14 months now. Mahirap sa una... but I am better now. I just make sure I have 8 hours of sleep. Changed my job from a night shift one to a day shift (SOBRANG NAKATULONG TO! Feeling ko lang!), tried to lessen the stress, and ate healthy. Anyway ayun I hope you feel better don't worry hindi man mawala to as long as your family and the people you love support and take care of you and love you okay lang yan. :)

@mrsonthego

try 777 oil or VCO sa scalp or meron shampoo yun neutrogena inuwi saken yun aunt ko na may tar okay din sya. :)

Hi, for scalp po super effective yung ACV, pwedeng diluted sa water pero kung kaya nyo pwede ding puro, apply lang sa area every night, eto talaga nakatulong sa scalp psor ko, but coal tar shampoo is effective too, medyo hassle lang kasi ang tigas sa buhok

mga sis, try UVB phototherapy treatment + Daivobet (basta yung red cap, may steroid)

from August 2015 until last week, as in hindi na ako makapag short sleeves na top. kahit mainit, naka long sleeves ako dahil kumalat na ang P ko sa arms and legs too!

1k/ session.

nag flat at nag lighten talaga ang spots. amazing!

my derma for P pala is Dr. Frez in St Lukes QC. can't wait mag fade para makapag bihis normal na. pa summer pa naman, ang inet mag long sleeves!

It really helps na may support kasi like me noong una I felt very alone.

Chlorophyll powder. Mix it with your water. It has a very faint gulay taste lang. It cured my husband's psoriasis after several weeks of drinking that regularly.

Hi mga sis. Has anyone tried "Psorifix" cream for psoriasis treatment. I saw this online and there seem to be a lot of reviews that this does work, medyo mahal at ₱ 2332 kaya I want to make sure that it really worked.

I cannot remember na how mine started. Diabovet works well, pero may hangganan.

Bumalik ako sa unang derma ko after seeing the other two. But, they need to do a lot of tests to check kung pwede kong itake to. At, kelangan na daw i monitor ang aking kidney every now and then. Tapos after 3 months, kelangan istop ang gamot, then rest, then back again.

Nakakastress!

I used to post in this thread. It's in the healthy lifestyle. :)

Wala na or di na ult naulit yung flaky scalp at skin ko (well pasulpot sulpot na lang sya at pansin ko tuwing stressed ako sa work ko saka lang may sumusulpot) ginawa ko tong mga to:

1. Regular exercise, kahit walking or light jog
2. I take lots of water. As in. Pag meron  ata ako period saka lang ako nakaka pag soda or juice, mga hormonal kicks
3. I take 1000 mg of Vit C from healthy options or solgar with rosehips extract
4. I take chelated zinc. It's an anti oxidant and also good for the skin
5. I dont use harsh soaps and lotions. Puro moisturizing soaps lotions at shampoos gamit ko. No no ang mga whitening things.
6. Change clothes agad pag pinagpapawisan ako.
7. Most of all positive outlook. :)

Hubby also noticed na nawala na nga psor ko or di na ko inaatake ng malala gaya ng dati. I guess, it how we take care of ourselves talaga lalo na kung sensitive ang skin natin at katawan natin.

^ Thank you for the update Miss Evolet027, ang tagal din natulog ng thread na to.

anyway follow up question sa number two. how many liters of water take mo? mga two liters lang kasi kaya ko for a day. Thanks! :)
