sauna belt

hi po.. has anyone tried using sauna belts?  effective po ba? suggestions naman po and feedbacks.. planning to purchase sauna belt, but before I confirm, I want to have ideas if I will do the right decision.. TIA!

They'll help you sweat more lang naman and not miraculously reduce your belly fat or whatever they claim. I used to use this all the time to cardio, extra sweat for me means more calorie burn. So go ahead if you want to use one. I prefer this over the plastic sauna suits I see, at least tago siya under your clothes.

I use mine after applying slimming cream. I let the cream dry up a little before wrapping the belt. Mas effective kesa  belt lang in flattening the belly. Pero di ako nag ssauna belt pag summer, sobrang init.

I bought the slimming cream from Bioessence, mga P700 ang tanda ko. May slimming oil din sila which is half the price pero hindi kasing effective ng cream.

hi sis san yan bioessence? effective ba talaga ako kasi payat na kaso malaki pa ng konti tiyan ko ahaha 27 inches gusto ko sana maging 25 is it possible to achieve???

it will only help you lose water weight which you will gain back when you rehydrate!
