ms15,
congrats!  ;)

kookie420,

andee how?

Kagabi yung first time ko ginawang donuts, in my effort to make it kinda healthier, nilagyan ko ng whole wheat flour.  Ayan tuloy hindi sya kasing light and fluffy ng kk or jco man lang. Hehehhe.

Fried sila. Hehe.

Tried baking cupcakes last weekend using Panlasang Pinoy's cupcake recipe (used mocha frosting instead - just added coffee dissolved in hot water).  Nasarapan si hubby and my daughter (who helped me mix the batter and the frosting) but I noticed hindi sya ganun ka-fluffy, it's parang compact inside.  What could be wrong?  The ingredients kaya or the technique? Hmmm...

Been a fan of crumb boss in youtube for quite sometime. But iba na ang name ngayon. It's now woodland bakery. The pastry chef is from CIA so ang daming free tips! I've tried her red velvet cake and cakepops already and it was a success. Planning to buy kitchenaid mixer na.

Baka na-over beat or hindi naisalang kaagad sa oven kaya hindi nag-rise masyado or too much flour (how do you measure your flour?).
