Is heavy cream different from whipping cream? And pareho ba siya sa AP cream that we have locally?

I want to make cream puff kasi...para i know what to look for or substitute when i visit the supermarket. TIA

babyface82, heavy cream is different from whipping cream, afaik. you can read up here:

http://www.yumsugar.com/Difference-Between-Heavy-Cream-vs-Whipping-Cream-13491580

miksha, here are some suggestions I've read:

http://cakecentral.com/t/746152/transporting-a-cupcake-bouquet
http://cakecentral.com/t/306163/transporting-cupcake-bouquets

or why not put the cupcakes in a box/carrier then set it up at the place?  :)

sis AngelDeng, when do you need it? I will visit chocolate lovers in cubao, I can check for you. Kaya lang sa tues pa ko pupunta.

In facebook, search for love2 bake and dough-it-all, ask them kung meron sila.

I made frozen brazo last night, mamayang gabi ko pa malalaman from the kids if it's good. Confident ako sa recipe ng brazo ko, not sure if adding graham crust and strawberry ice cream is a good idea.

Thanks sis kookie...sorry for the late reply....i also read the same explanation like the link you gave...

Its just confusing when you get to iur local supermarkets here sa phils....when they are not propaerly labeled...hopefully the px anchpor heavy whippingncream will work for the cream puffs..

If not back to the drawing board...lol...the pastry cream from scracth is too tedious kasi...

andee how?

Kung para sa filling ng cream puffs, why not try custard para madali lang? :)

i saw the oven toaster cake mix sa grocery, (plan ko bumili) i bought one na to try, kasi kakapalit lang namin ng toaster so experiment mode. yung regular cake mix ba pwede rin kahit sa ordinary oven toaster? :D

another question, dapat ba i-preheat muna yung toaster before ipasok yung cake mix na nasa pan? dun kasi sa nabili kong cake mix, sa instructions nya e nakalagay ipasok sa toaster & bake na agad... wala nakalagay na preheat.

sorry first timer  :P :P
