^try to press your cookie dough softly with the back of the fork. Was the butter room temp? Mas ok kase pag room temp yung butter. It spreads more easily.

^ dapat naman talaga room temp ang butter when making cookies. actually in general when baking, dapat room temp. you can read on recipes that certain recipes would call for cold butter like scones/biscuits or making pie crust or croissants.

How to store cupcakes kaya if I'd make them the day before? I'm making 100pcs kasi...

^pwede i-cling wrap yung container? hindi ba titigas or mawawala yung moistness after ilabas at ma-thaw yung cupcakes?

^I'll bake kasi the night before then sa morning ko na ifofrost.

Gas ba or electric? Sabi kasi pag hindi ran convection or fan assisted ang oven it will result to uneven cooking daw. Balak ko kasi bumili ng oven na de gas, a bigger oven but hindi na electric oven

O mahal ba? Halos wala na akong kita ;D
