Sis the idea is to incorporate air into the mixture/batter, hence the use of a mixer - stand or hand-held.

On the other hand the blender is used to break down the ingredient.

mga sis good morning.  Question lang ano ba ang pagkakaiba ng gawing fluffy muna ang butter & sugar before mixing the dry ingredients. God Bless:)

Your can try cream cheese frosting. You can google for recipes. I use it for my cupcakes, It's basically just powdered sugar and cream cheese. It's not very sweet and not at all cheesy/ salty.

Ako tried baking cupcakes last Saturday. Choco cupcakes with Cream cheese frosting... Sana matuto ako magbake ng from scratch talaga...

^^ sis you can try colored chocolate block.. mura lang siya 100+ ata for 500g block. dami ka na magagawa cakepops non.. if u find it a bit thick u can put some shortening or cocoa butter substitute to thin it out..  may choco blocks sa choco lovers.. iba-iba colors meron sila.. yung pink na nabili ko don, hot pink.. u can add white choco siguro if u want a pastel pink.. hth.

^ hi! good luck sis! i'm pretty sure mag-eenjoy ka sa pagbe-bake! ako nga nag-enroll muna ng baking class before buying a mini-oven. one year pa yata bago ako nakabili after i enrolled on a baking class, haha..

Pero standard kasi yung fat and sugar muna ang i-mix mo, tapos egg and vanilla, tapos yung wet and dry ingredients ng alternate.

itcha, nalito ako sa tanong mo. normally, ang cupcake or any cakes, tama, butter, sugar, eggs muna until fluffy, then add yung dry ingredients (alternate with any liquid, if called sa recipe).

yung isang sinasabi mo na dry ingredients muna, plus butter na naka cut ng maliliit na cubes, to make a wet sand like batter, parang nasa process yan in making a dough, or a bread.

are you sure parehong cupcake recipe yung pinapanuod mo?
