wow new thread na. :)

sa wakas natapos ko din yung chocolate cupcakes and chocolate cake para sa birthday ng pamangkin ko! sucess naman, nagustuhan nila yung ginawa ko. i got the cupcakes recipe from joy of baking, pareho lang sila ng recipe sa panlasang pinoy, as in parehong pareho talaga! yung chocolate cake ko naman ready mix na from betty crocker, pati yung frosting betty crocker din. naku sobrang sarap! super moist and i love the frosting!

lakwatsa, di kaya old stock na yun sa grocery? sayang nga ang flour. madami ka pa sanang magagawa with it.

I'm planning to make choco chip cookies later, yung chewy type. I don't have all purpose. I only have cake and wheat flour. di ko tuloy alam ano gagawin ko. haha  ::)

thanks!

^you can use the tip kahit walang coupler. ishoot mo lang sa pastry bag. minsan pag marami akong fino-frost ng sabay sabay tapos iba ibang frostings, ganun nalang ginagawa ko kasi iilan lang naman din couplers ko. problem lang dun is when you want to change tips mid-way, you have to use another bag since di mo naman matatanggal basta basta yung tip.

ganun ba sis. sige nga ma-try nga ng walang coupler. thanks ha!

anyway, i made peanut butter cookies last night and i was quite happy with the result! bad thing, i ran out of flour, 1/2 cup na lang natira kaya konti lang nagawa kong cookies, hehe. pero ok lang, tingin ko mas success ito kesa sa nauna kong ginawang choco chip cookies na naging flat at sobrang laki!
