Sis, mind to share when did you start buying the initial investment?

Ako naman, I had my first investment last Sept 2012 and 15% na yun gains.

Winning stock ko sis, since June 2012 pa and every month i bought more shares.

^ profit is still profit sis.... it should have been almost 100% gain but i applied cost averaging and bought more shares per month so the percentage decreases but the same gain amount. 

tiis lang sis... pang longterm naman eh. 

for my UITF naman, naka EIP lang ako sa BDO Equity and not BPI Equity.... but BDO performs better, in my opinion.

yung equity ko 1.5yr earned 30-40% na not bad

yung BDO Balanced Fund ko 1 year and 5 months, nasa 46% gain
BPI ALFM Growth Fund (which is considered as Balanced din), 7 months, 13% gain.

while better performing ang BDO, hassle kasi yung every time you need to go to tehir branch every placement. kakatamad din at problema pag wala ka time. unlike BPI na pwede mo gawin online.

ask ko lang mga sis about holding period, for example sa BDO equity, 30 days yun. So am i right to assume na i can redeem ( w/o penalty ) any day  after 30days? or para syang maturity na every 30 days lang dapat? tia!

^---first assumption is correct.  you can withdraw without penalty after the 30days holding period.  kaya mas liquid sya compared sa time deposit na may window lang when you can withdraw before bank rolled it into another time deposit

So far pinaka ok for me BDO uitf. Mas liquid nga siya basta 30days holding period, after that anytime na. Mas maganda rin ang gains so far. Sa BPI nakaka inip, 6 months ang holding period, ang Allied (which offered me PNB life Optimum gold- equity), nag charge agad ng approx 6% im not happy. Buti nalang ninalik na sakin after 2 weeks, nag reverse ang charge pero sayang yung oppotunity.

Pa-ask naman ulit, pag nag-redeem ka sa bdo equity, say before 12nn  of feb 28. what navpu rate ang i-apply nila, yun feb 27 or yun closing rate ng feb 28 which is by 7pm pa? tia again!

Di ko rin nga alam na may charge. I wasnt informed, super nagalit ako biro mo 5M ang binigay ko biglang 4.7m nalang dipa kumikita. Sa Allied bank ako nag inquire, pero PNB life optimum gold ang inoffer nila. Yes, after 2 weeks binalik niya, may konting gain naging 5M+7k ang binalik. Hindi ako happy pero relieved narin na binalik nila at nireverse ang initial charges.
Walang ganyan ang BDO, may charges man sila, maliit lang, at hindi mo ramdam kasi yung published rate NET na. Saka parang mas mahusay ang fund managers ng BDO, 5M din nilagay ko (same time with Allied), nag gain ng approx 100K in 2 weeks.

Sis, Im not sure if we are pertaining to the same product. I placed it in ALFM Peso Bond Fund Inc, 180 days ang holding period, according to the bank manager. Sabi niya, katumbas ito ng Fixed Income Fund ng BDO, yung low risk but less gain compared to Equity. Naka 1 month palang ako gusto ko sana ilipat sa Equity, sabi ng bank manager 6 months daw talaga, if I pre-terminate there will be charges.

^weh? MF pala yun? I thought pag bank UITF pag mga insurance company ay MF. Ang dami kong hindi alam. Im very new to this. Salamat sa info!

nag inquire ako sa BDO last week, they didn't advise me to invest for now, coz mataas ang value, pababain ko muna daw, i'm very thankful coz lagi ako bad trip sa poor service ng BDO
