Any suggestion mga sis. Thanks

Yes, I've been doing it ever since.
Just one caveat though, if you need it
on a weekend then your out of luck.

But on weekdays, redemption is the
next day so very convenient.

What I do is I keep most of it in the
Short Term Fund then I keep around
40k in a MaxiSaver account.

Whenever I need money, I redeem
from my Short Term Fund but if I really
really need money right away, I get it
from my MaxiSaver account.

I don't think you can invest in the Money
Market fund. Those are for tax exempt institutions
only.

@mxherr5

Thanks

Oct of 2011 sis and yes, hindi pa ako nalugi. Pa akyat ng pa akyat lang
ang NAV ng Short Term Fund. Although mas mabagal na ang pag akyat
nya ngayon compared dati.

@mxherr5, BPI Short term fund ba yun sayo? Thanks

Yes, haven't run into any issues except when I need money
during a weekend. That's why I have my MaxiSaver account.

I also use BPI's mobile app. Because their online portal always
seems to be down. Whenever that happens I just use the app
to redeem.

Is it safe to put 500,000 in this investment fund?

^i havent tried putting our emergency funds in any investment funds. If that is your extra money, ok lang even more than the amount you mentioned.

Thanks

At least mas malaki yung ROI. I have money market fund with ALMF now and so far, pataas naman sya. Parang 2 mos yata holding period. Yun nga lang in case of a real emergency, hindi sya makukuha instantly.
