Eeep! There is a nagging feeling in m head na baka hindi ok, pero since it is in the plan, I still drink. hehe

sis Jetset, weee! congratulations on your loss! galing! you will lose the 21 kgs in no time!

update:
I went wedding dress shopping for the third time yesterday. Unlike other brides, I simply loath my reflection on the mirror, trying to be very careful not to ruin the dress.. I just feel terrible having to try on wedding dresses! Eep!

Yesterday, while shopping, I saw one jaw-dropping dress. Sobrang ganda! So, I tried it on. I am still wearing a size 20 dress, pero ang ganda sa akin. I felt that "this is it" feeling! Without further ado, I bought a size 18 while praying that I can fit into it come end of July. A wedding dress is really one motivator.

Day 1!
« Reply #90 on: March 11, 2012, 04:19:24 pm »
Hi everyone! Today is my first day on the program. I'm a little surprised just how much I am allowed to eat. I really thought before na magugutom ako and extreme ang portion control... so now I am a little nervous if I really am doing it correctly or if I measured correctly. Mukhang tama naman ang scale ko because I compare it with what's on the label from the grocery... so fingers crossed I'm doing it right and see even small changes after the first week! :)

Reading through the thread is really inspiring and I hope I'll be able to post my weight loss details soon too... :D Good luck to fellow Cohenites!

Hi sis francesigh, ok Lang Kung walang soda. With or without soda, required pa din Ang 2 to 3 liters of water. Kaya if you don't like soda, ok Lang.

Though, shempre, sana talga pwede ka.. kasi if it will put you at risk, wag na lang, it is not worth it. Why dont you join a gym kung hindi ka ma-qualify?

hi sis hopeya!

hi sisEgoAltered03, welcome sa thread. PLease be a mainstay.. almost sabay tayo nagstart. Sana sabay sabay din tayo maglose. the food you are required to eat is the food enough for 5 hours. medyo madami din pero gutom ako after 5 hours. hahaha. tapos kanina i feel hindi fresh ang beef na nabili ko. ewwww. tapon ko na lahat iyon.

Shempre, kahit 1-2 grams below or above what is prescribed, may effect na yun.

Happy dieting sisses!!

Hi sis wife2be! Thanks for the warm welcome. I promise to post as much as I can! :)

I did get a digital weighing scale... though not the one from Cohen Manila. Maybe I'll get that one too for good measure. Napaparanoid ako, haha! I just really want to get off on the right foot with this one. I have to lose 50-53 kgs and every step closer to that goal is crucial!

Well good night for now, at least for those in the GMT +8 time zone ;) -- we all need our sleep! Have a great week ahead, ladies!

Hello!

Today is my 29th day. I had my blood test yesterday and will go to the center within the week for my official weigh-in. Based on my bathroom scale (I found the batteries that my hubby  hid!) parang 25 pounds and nawala.

Hi wife2be! Kelan wedding mo?

Kaya natin ito girls! Fighting!

EgoAltered, you can check your digital scale's accuracy by buying something from a supermarket or kung saan may digital scale---ex. 200 grams of veggies. tapos check mo ulit sa house nyo. you dont need to buy from Cohen clinic kasi gastos lang ulit yun. IMO lang naman po.

Hopeya!! 25 lbs! sobrang galing! what a big loss! congratulations! your hard work has paid off! wedding ko sa July pa. sana, sana talga maglose by then.

I haven't bought my weighing scale yet para mahintay ko talga ang 1 month. baka maging obsessed ako mag weigh ng sarili. at the end of the month ako bibili.

for the first time yesterday, two people commented on my weight loss. para daw humahaba ang leeg ko.  hahaha. ang saya din. tapos for the first time in many years, I wore a belt dahil loose na pants ko.

Happy dieting!

Yup wife2be, I'll do that... Btw when did you start pala?

HopeYa congrats on the 25 pounds! That blows my mind! In all my years I have never been able to lose more than 10-15 pounds by myself... Let alone lose it in a month's time! Sana ma-replicate ko ang success mo :)

Anyway today is only day 2 and those things that they warned us about during the first week is kicking in for me... I now have a headache and I've been yawning all morning! I hope this will quickly pass, though...

11 days today (unoficially)---I started kasi once I got my plan. Officially, 7 days pa lang.
KOnting konti pa lang. But I enjoy experimenting with my food.

This morning, I ate apple slices with cinammon.. kunwari stir fry ko pa sa very little olive oil. Imperness, masarap sya. Hahah.

SisEgo Altered, after 4 days, wala na ang hunger pangs. As in, magugulat ka na lang time to eat na pala.

Naku sana fast forward na to my 4-day mark, sis! Haha. I couldn't finish my lunch kanina sa sobrang sakit ng ulo ko, then I took a nap which made it better. I throw this sacrifice away!

I wonder ano ang percentage ng mga nag-start but didn't finish... I asked them during my info session but they didn't really give me a concrete number. In any case, gusto kong maging success story ito and not a cautionary tale! :) We can do this!!!
