MGM13, congrats on getting your meal plan!  When will they endorse the plan to you?

Quian, a typical day for me would include yoghurt for breakfast, fruit for mid morning snack, lunch is grilled chicken with stir-fry vegetables and some crackers.  Merienda is fruit and some crackers.  Dinner is steak with salad, and fruit for dessert.

wow looks good! so bali ang "cheat eat" yung fruit kasi matamis yun! you measure also your oil/fat intake also? shucks i wanna try na rin. btw would anyone know ilang months yung installment? tska if ok lang magcheat with calorie-free foods tipong coke zero? :)

^sis, please don't be offended ha but if now pa lang you're thinking of cheating when you're in the program better not enroll na lang kasi masasayang lang pera mo.  :(  When you join the program you have to be 100% commited to changing your lifestyle. It is hard to do that but kung kakayanin madali lang talaga. All your hardships in the beginning will be worth it kung nakita mo na naglo-lose ka na ng weight.  :)

Re the installment, they offer 6 months 0% interest. I used my Citibank card not sure lang if they have a tie-up with other cc companies.

BPI and BDO are also accepted sis quian. Cheating will delay your weight loss, so wag mo na gawin. :)

Sis mama squeak, hello! :) I'm on my 6th day now, deviation free. Question po, last night sobrang init and pawis ako but i took a shower and then sa aircon room natulog, when i woke up sinisipon na ako. What meds are we allowed to take? Pwede neozep or [textspeak!] over the counter meds?

@mgm13, good for you sis. Keep it up! As long as you stick to the meal plan, guarantee nothing less than 16-17lbs malo-lose mo on the first month. As to your Q about meds, better check with your consultant ano pwede. I never had that problem before kasi. Actually mas naging healthy pa ako the more I lost weight.

Hi mga sis, really want to try CD but I was just wondering if its okay to do the diet while TTC? Okay lang ba yun? Also, what if I get pregnant while doing the diet and I continue doing it after giving birth, same meal plan lang naman diba? Thanks in advance mga sis.

Hi purplum, going on Cohens can make you fertile.  Thing is, if you get pregnant, you have to stop the diet kasi it wont be good for you or your baby.  And because the contract with the center expires in 6 months (or even if you extend to 1 year), you will not have enough time to complete your program and get the refeed.

Ang suggestion nila is to try the same meal plan after you give birth (and kapag finished na breastfeeding).  Sometimes tho hindi na sha as effective because your body chemistry may have changed already.  In this case, you might just have to get a new program.  I think its important to get a new meal plan anyway kasi you will need your re-feed program once you reach target.

mama squeak!  How much ang average loss on the 2nd month? Im on my 3rd week pa lang. Sana nga 16 lbs on the first weigh in!!!

I am on my 5th day.. better na. Hindi na masyadaong malakas ang hunger pangs. Pero grabe pa din ako magpuyat, at shempre pag late na at hindi pa natutulog, mas gutom. Ang sagot ay sleep early para iwas deviation!

I got my plan online. Grabe yung nakalistang fish, hindi ko kilala. So i tried buying sole (as listed), sorry,  hindi masarap! Lupa-lupa taste. I miss tilapia, bangus, salmon, atbp! Kelangan ko magresearch ng kinds of fish from Pinas. Tilapia pwede, di ba? Or else, forever na ako tuna nito.

Happy dieting, Cohenites!

Sis hopeya, 22 kgs o lbs yan? Kgs or Lbs ang laki ng na-lose mo! Sana maging ganyan din ako! Wahhhh.

Sis, pounds lang.  I do hope kilos.  I cheated last Sunday.  For me the worst talaga are the weekends! I gained 2 pounds with the cheat that I regretted.  Never again talaga.   :-[

@magnolia94, it all depends on the individual kasi. Usually the first month ang pinakamalaking loss. When you get to the second and suceeding months medyo lumiliit na yung loss because your body is already adjusting. Kaya importante talaga on the first month no deviation whatsoever para maximise yung loss ng weight.

@wife2be, pwede ang tilapia   :)

thanks sis mama squeak!.

sobrang deviation free ako.. nakakafeel na ako ng lose skin sa tummy ko pero 5 days pa lang naman. baka naman imagination lang yun. but i am battling with my head one meal at a time. mostly ang hunger ko ay psychological eh. may hunger pangs pero ina-appreciate ko. kasi, i just realized never akong nagutom! hindi pa ako gutom dati, kumakain na ako!

sis francesigh, sana ma-approve ka. crossing fingers and praying for you!

Sia lumuwag shoes mo dahil pumayat ang paa mo in terms of lapad or taba, pero yung haba nyan same pa din.

kaya natin to girls!!! i need to lose 100 lbs. LOL! almost fell off my chair. why did i allow myself to get this big. waaaa!  :-[

why am i doing this? i got excited at the thought of normalizing my hormones. have thyroid problem rin so this might help! i'm also excited to learn how to cook! good thing they provided recipes for the meals. i know this is going to be a big challenge since i've never really cooked before... prito prito lang lagi.  :-\ plus, im always outside because of work... really need to get organized and plan my menu ahead of time.

let's keep each other updated always! i promise to visit GT more often na.  :-*

Thanks for answering my questions, sis magnolia94. Planning to attend the info session next week, takot lang ako baka bigla ako maging preggy masayang siya. Just like sis, ms.rain, I also need to lose a lot of weight. Hindi naman kami tabain talaga, ewan ko ba why I allowed myself to get to this weight :( naging pabaya lang talaga ako after giving birth to my 1st baby. I'm scared baka mahirapan ako mag-conceive because of my weight :( little by little I'm preparing myself na din with smaller meals since ang lakas ko talaga kumain the past years, para if I do decide to do this diet, hindi na ako masyado mahirapan. Can't wait! :)

I'm due for my first weigh-in and blood test tomorrow. But so far I have lost around 6kgs (according to my bathroom scale). I started at 71.6 kgs and my goal weight is 45-48 kgs. So I still need to lose around 21 kgs.
