I just want to update everyone na it's my 8th day and I lost 6.5 inches all over na Good thing wala battery ang weighing scale ko kasi kung meron for sure di ko matitiis na di magweigh

Ako, I sent my blood test yesterday. Do they inform you if they have received it? Hindi pala ako Cohen Phils, I registered online..

Sabagay, weekend naman, pero I am getting a little anxious.

hi sis wife2be, I enrolled at the Cohen Centre in Makati and yes they inform you when your eating plan is ready na. Ako rin nga nun I couldn't wait for my eating plan

sis MGM13, while waiting for my meal plan I also pigged out    Kaya ayun I gained almost 2 kilos before starting the program

Ako, nagpa-practice na ako ng Cohen so sobrang effort liitan yung meal intake para naman walang gulatan.
I also bough myself a George Foreman grill, as sis mikaelaindxb has done.

hi sis jetset100, im scheduled for my one-on-one endorsement on friday or sat this week. any tips? i mean are there any crucial questions i should ask etc? i already have my list, baka lang may makalimutan pa ako hehe.. excited yay!

hi sis crunchybear, i think there won't be any crucial questions because they will discuss the eating plan with you line by line and page by page If it's not on the plan, you shouldn't do it or you shouldn't eat it  I also bought my weighing scale at the Center it costs Php 2,500.00.

How much is the George Foreman grill and where did you buy it? How different is this from the regular grill?

hi po wife2be, nareceive ko na yung blood test referral today, kaso baka sa saturday pa ako magpa bloodtest, alanganin kasi yung schedule ko sa office. so baka sa saturday pa ako magpa sked, magkano kaya magagastos ko sa blood test. kayo ba san kayo nagpa blood test? sorry ha medyo makulit ako hehe.. medyo excited lang =) first time ko mag ttry ng diet na restricted, sana umepekto to saken hehe.

^It will only be effective if you follow the program 100% and do a total lifestyle change din. If you're planning to go on the program just to lose weight tapos back to old ways ka after the program then you'll gain everything back plus more. @mama squeak! - this would be my last attempt, im really decided na magpapayat na =) tumatanda na rin kasi, eh the older you get lalo ng mas mahirap. well to be honest, my weight last october was around 115kg T_T... then i tried to lose weight kasi yung sugar ko mataas na, eh wala namang may diabetes sa family namin. so natakot ako, i tried to reduce 1kg per week since november, i lost 15kg as of now. eh naiinip ako sa result, baka pag sinubukan ko tong diet na to eh mas mapabilis ng konti hehe. plus may guidance ng doctor so medyo kampante ako. yung diet ko kasi since november eh portion control lang talaga. eh minsan nanghihina ako. =) ask ko po sana kung pang ilang weeks nyo na sa diet plan nyo and what are the improvements?

^sis, maintenance na ako since Sept pa. I lost a total of 30lbs. But during the Christmas holidays I gained 5 lbs dahil na rin sa walang sawang reunion parties    Though after the holidays I was able to lose it again naman.

ang galing ^_^ mas lalo akong na-encourage kasi nabasa ko na yung entire thread ^_^ mag uupdate nalang ako dito, i'll try my best to inspire others. 60kg ang ideal weight ko haha 40kg to lose T_T ilang buwan kaya yun.. bahala na si batman.. thank you sa lahat nakaka inspire talaga. =)

Hello! I'm on my 11th day today and still deviation free (pero madaming dasal yun for strength!). Maluwag na ang mga clothes ko! I am so excited. Hirap Lang ako sa limited food choices ko because I don't kow how to cook.  Most of the time I just steam or boil the vegetables and grill the meat. But I don't mind now since I can see results!
