we'll be in davao on July 8 -11, staying in royale house. nakuha namin as guide si kuya joey on july 8 & 9 and sana maging ok service niya sa amin ^^ also, sa mga nakatry na maging guide si kuya joey, ano sasakyan gamit niya? sabi niya kasi sa amin toyota daw, pero di niya nabanggit kung ano klase eh...

itinerary namin:

1st
- ETA 6AM (advice ROYALE house hotel for late check in)
tour straight from airport
- Eden Nature Park - half day (Guided Shuttle Tour P120, Buffet Lunch P470)
-  Philippine Eagle Center (50)
- Crocodile Park (150) / Tribu Mindanawan (weekend show 5:30PM)
- Dinner
- late check in at ROYALE

2nd
- 7AM early breakfast c/o Royale house

8AM CITY TOUR
- San Pedro Church
- Osmena Park
- Museo Dabawenyo (tuesday - sunday) 9-12;1-6
- City Hall
- Davao Museum (100/pax) (mondays - saturdays ; 9-5)
- Baywalk / Davids Statue
- Magsaysay Avenue (Fruit Stand) / Bangkerohan
- Ponce Suites (Kublai Milans' works)

- lunch
- 3PM abreeza mall then stroll around
- 6PM dinner

our trip is on July 18-22 na. i booked ROYALE HOUSE. we'll skip Eden, Philippine Eagle and Malagos... Ive been to Davao a lot of times and feeling ko, mas okay ispend ang time sa beach. so after researching and familiarizing myself with my hubby's and my mom's hometown, ito ang itinerary namin:

JULY 18
12:30 arrival
Check in at Royale House
2:00 Sta. Ana Wharf to ride Davao's Water Taxi (This is a hightlight. search niyo mga sis... ito ang bago dun... medyo pricey lang pero mukhang masaya maexperience)
Sta. Ana Wharf to Blue Waters Resort  Entrance: 100
6pm Blue Waters Resort to Marina Wharf (Lanang)
7:00 Worst Ribs
8:00 Ligo, rest, dress up for night life

JULY 19
9:00 Sta. Ana Wharf to Isla Reta
3:00pm go back to the city
4:00 ligo, rest, bihis
7:00 Jack's ridge
9:00 free time (malamang bar hopping)

July 20
White water rafting - may gusto bang sumabay? 3 lang kasi kami. kailangan ng basecamp na makabuo ng grupo para matuloy.

City tour

sadly, hindi ako naka-avail  nung summer room promo ng eden nature park so scratch na yun from our plan.

bale day 1 & 2 - isla reta
day 3 - proceed to davao city, dinner at Jack's Ridge
day 4 - water tubing <-- hopefully matuloy, depende kung may makakasabay kami
pag di natuloy, ewan... baka mag-mall na lang kami (ngek!)
day 5 - check-out, lunch at Lachi's then uwian na

Ok lang kahit di ka nakahabol sa eden, you can go to malagos garden, or samal garden. Sayang naman if di kayo ikot ikot.dami activities na mapagpipilian.

By the way i heard about the turtle sanctuary in matina pero not much info about it. Pagnavisit namin il blog about.it.

^^sis parang puno ang day 2 pwede mong ilipat ang st. Paul the next day kasi medyo malapit lang sa aldevinco. As for  times beach pwede early morning din. San ba kayo check in na hotel sa city?

Ask ko lang ano ba yung apo ni lola na bilihan ng durian candies? The best durian candy is lola abon na available sa anywhere.

And re:pearl farm - may transfer ba sila ng hapon? Kasi ang alam ko umaga lang sa pearlfarm marina.

had our davao vacation last july 8 -11. nakuha namin tour guide si kuya joey caballes (taxi) and ok service niya. polite and courteous and maayos yun taxi na gamit niya, lakas pa ng aircon. no time limit and magrecommend pa siya ng additional spots na puwede puntahan. on our first day, sinundo niya kami ng 6:30AM sa airport and natapos tour namin 7:00PM then hatid sa hotel, ok lang sa kanya. yun singil niya sa amin is 2500 (w/ airport transfers) and tour sa PEC, eden, croc farm, butterfly sanctuary, sul orchids and tribu mindanawan, etc. sa 2nd day namin P2000 naman, lahat ng spots sa city. nagpahatid pa kami sa abreeza nung hapon and inintay niya kami hanggang matapos then hatid ulit sa hotel. very good service and kampante ako i-refer siya.

we stayed in royale house for 2 nights and natuwa kami kasi ang ganda ng room for the price we paid, included pa ang breakfast. malinis and ok din ang service, lapit pa sa ibang mga spots (san pedro cathedral, buffet restaurants, etc). we booked din 1 night in pearl farm and sobrang sulit yun binayad namin. ang ganda ng place and very good service. ang tahimik and sobrang nakakarelax, di ka magsasawa balik balikan. i posted my reviews in tripadvisor nga pala along with the pics just in case some of you wants to check out the place (royale & pearl farm) =)

yup may transfer ang pearl farm ng hapon. we had our transfer at 1:30PM and meron din sila ng 4:00PM, but you'd need to coordinate with PF para maayos nila yun sched.

deluxe triple room, got it for 1500/night for 3pax. ito yung mga renovated rooms nila.

Mga sis kung may plan kayo magcheck in sa ROYALE HOUSE mention niyo rin na nakita niyo sa female network ang recommendations. Marami na tayong sis na nagstay dito and their very thankful. May discount yata sila bigay sa atin. You can also mention na you were referred by Sining (thats me) para mas maasikaso kayo. Hehe.

Actually may house kami sa lanang pero i prefer to stay here kasi malapit sa sta. Ana wharf... Para lapit lang pag islamd hopping, kain ans gimik.

For next week pupuntahan ko places ive never been to before. Isla reta, babusanta, talikud, turtle sanctuary in matina, blue waters resort.

Hi sis oo nga e inisqueeze konga ng day 2 namen kase limited yung oras, salamat sa suggestions mo ha. Yup me transfer ang PF bale 1:30 PM kame na schedule san kaya masarap kumain na malapit sa airport since 12:00 ang dating namen sa Davao. Thanks!

Hi mga sis, pupunta kmi ng davao ni bf on Aug16..stopover namin for our CDO-Camiguin Trip kasi from manila pako tapos sya Gensan. Matatapat ata yun dun sa Kadayawan Festival. Tingin nyo may chance pa kami maka walk-in sa mga budget hotels nun? overnight stay [textspeak!] naman kami.

were here mga sis. nakapagwhite water rafting kami thanks to DWA (davao wild water adventure) ang saya saya sulit ang 2,000. may kasama na yung zip city and entrance sa attractions sa crocodile farm. photog namin si john and guide si dirk. inalagaan talaga kami. ganda din photos in cd.

kanina naman boating kami via Explore Davao. ang saya rin para kaming may yacht. pwede magorder ng food sa contaxt nila and yung mga manong na magiihaw while on the boat. they have a cooler with ice and griller. at syempre ipod dock and bean bags. for talikud we paid 7,500. dami naman kami kaya ok lang.
