^ yeah sis i'm sorry   depressing talaga kasi pera usapan don eh..sa travel deal sila laging nagkakaproblema, kinukulit pa naman ako ng mom ko na kumuha ng travel deal.

Ladies, I hope this will help your concerns. It happened to me before pero hindi travel voucher na-purchase ko sa CCP (Cash Cash Pinoy). They are unable to deliver the item na I ordered from them. Nung una they are offering me CCP points but I demanded for cash sabi pa sakin subject for approval. Nakakainis na kasi fault nila so naki pagtalo pa ko via email. Then I made some searches, nabasa ko na you have to cc dtincrlegal@yahoo.com on all your emails. So nung nangreply ako ulit naka cc na ang DTI, mabilis sumagot ang CCP and they even called me pero lagi na lang for approval na lang ang status. Luckily, I received an email from DTI na I have to attend a hearing versus CCP kasi ayaw nila i-refund via cash. Nag email din ang DTI sa CCP naka address pa sa Manager mismo. Then the next day, CCP emailed me asking na for my bank details.  Siguro it took a month lang before nila irefund. Tinakot ko din kasi sila kasi nag promise sila ng date na idedeposit sa bank pero lumampas sabi ko itutuloy ko na lang un pending case ko sa DTI. Day after nag deposit sila agad. 

Lesson learned: Always cc dtincrlegal@yahoo.com on all your email complaints to these group buying site.

thank God ensogo redeemed themselves to me! nakakuha sila ng booking for my parents for may 27-29.

I think it's better kung mag DIY nalang. Muntik nako magoyo din buti nalang. I am thinking kasi kung kukuha ba ko ng travel voucher hotel accomodation to boracay sa Metrodeal kasi laki nga ng discount. Tinignan ko din yung site mismo ng hotel then nalaman ko halos parehas lang pala kasi per person pala yung voucher. Kala ko mura and unsure pa kung pasok sa travel date na gusto ko, so mag DIY na nga lang siguro ako. 

Mas mainam din kung basa-basa at compare para di magsisi sa huli.

I purchased one from CCP, local destination lang naman and overnight lang. Thank God, i didnt have any probs with them, yung manila office is not a travel agency, but satellite office mismo ng resort so madali lang ang naging transaction. When it comes to international deals, i'm more hesitant to purchase, ang hirap kasi minsan makipag usap sa mga travel agencies lang.

mas maganda naman talaga kung DIY. but for some, like my parents, who aren't adventurous enough or for some people on a budget, may mga tao pa rin na bibili at bibili pa rin sa groupons.

i've purchased one also for casa de carlo. it's for an overnight stay with breakfast, and we didn't encounter any problems at all. that's from ensogo din ata. siguro kaya hindi ako nakaranas ng problem with that purchase kasi direct sya. unlike kung may agency, ang hirap.

pasalamat na lang ako at hindi binitawan ni ensogo yung case ko.

I used my club tara voucher last week and no hassle naman. Bought it fr ccp. My hubby and i had a great time

Ako man ay nagkaproblema sa Flags Travel Direct Management. Nakakatawa ang testimonial sa website nila kasi kapamilya lang yata nya un dahil Alvarro din ang last name. Wag na lang kayo bumili ng deal if ito ang travel agency ninyo. Mas mataas pa ang boses sa iyo ng may-ari at napaka sarcastic.. Luisa Alvarro rin ang nakausap ko.

One week before our flight saka nila sasabihin na hindi confirm ang flight. Totoo rin na hindi sila sumasagot sa emails at text. Pero if nangyari na nakabili na kayo ng deal sa kanila..support all your conversation with emails. Kasi sasabihin nya sa huli na hindi sya nagconfirm sa email.

Nakakadala talaga! Dati naman na ako bumibili ng voucher..nagkataon pa na sa Flags Travel na yan! Hays!

mukhang napaganda pa yung nangyari sa amin. nagkaroon ng daily breakfast yung parents ko. yung airport-hotel-airport transfer sinagot ng ensogo. plus, super nagustihan nung parents ko yung accommodation. thank you Lord and kay ensogo.

siguro next time, direct merchants na lang bibilhin ko at hindi yung may agency.

^buti ka pa sis good experience kay ensogo.  Sana maging maayos na talaga ang ensogo.

^oo nga sis e. super thankful ako lalo na dun sa naghandle nung case ko. sabi ko nga i-screen nila sana yung mga merchants para hindi sila bombarded ng reklamo.

^tawagan mo muna yung agency. i think group tour ito. tapos search search din ng feedback regarding the agency.

Dati bumili kami voucher sa cleverbuy 1st time ko lang bumili ng voucher ayun naloko pa kami. Kaya never na ako bibili ng travel voucher ang laki pera din nawala kasi halos lahat ng angkan ko bumili ng voucher.

woah.. buti hindi ako mahilig dito... gusto ko sana magtry ng vouvhers sa mga hotels sa metro manila lang. yung tipong kapag may events pwede dun na lang matulog kesa umuwi ng province.. kakatakot pala yung ganito

pero sis totoo naman yung ibang hotel deals like sa ensogo and cash cash pinoy. May Orion Hotel deal dun along Manila try mo..

Havent tried buying travel deals from these group buying sites. Medyo risky kasi lalo na kung international, malaking cash na yun pero Ive tried buying hotel deals only here in metro manila mostly from Deal Grocer and wala naman naging problems
