ok naman ang naging experience ko sa ensogo. casa ibiza overnight stay at their grand villa for 10 for Php6700 with set dinner and breakfast.

wala naman ako naging problem sa reservation.

we have to check lang talaga mabuti sa offer nila

I think ang nagkaka-problem yung may "with airfare" component, kasi subject to availability ang flight, pag walang available na seat sa preferred date/s mo, yun ang issue

i bought the hey jude boracay package from cashcash recently.  mukhang good deal naman kaya i gave in.  they said all-in pero di pala kasama yung land trip from caticlan.  but ok na rin kasi din naman ako nahirapan mag-book.  yun nga lang, panay weekdays yung binibigay na date.  if i want a weekend, mga end of august pa yata kaya kinuha ko na lang yung earliest date available.  they immediately gave my plane and hotel vouchers naman so ok na rin.

last week, i bought naman club tara in surigao from cashcash pa rin.  it said 50% off + full board meals.  i searched agoda and yun din ang promo rate nila but no meals included kaya kinuha ko na yung cash cash.  super na-tempt kasi ako sa pix ng club tara.  sana lang it looks the same as the one in the pix.  haven't booked yet though coz may 17 pa start ng booking...

I never tried Travel Deal Voucher kasi madami na rin akong friends na hindi naging maganda ang experience nila. Ayoko naman ng hassles during my tour.

mnloloko ang clevertravel at kasabwat nilang travel agency.i purchased voucher last march pa for coron trip for 2, may 25-27 ang travel dates.pinaasa lang kami ng pinaasa tapos d naman kami na accommodate. Daming advertisement nila na nakalagay sa internet dami ring scam. dine deny pa nila yung ka tie up nilang travel agency na J2 e mukhang sister company lang nila yun. Sayang lang yung summer namin this year umasa sa wala.

Meron pa ba mga triptoe travel and tours victim dito from cleverbuy? naka refund ba kayo? grabeeee sobraaaa yung triptoe and cleverbuy 20 voucher for buhol trip yung binayaran namin and may binayarin din kami directly sa triptoe. last year pa kami nag pa book tapos last minute cancel nila tapos e move na naman then ngayon araw araw ko sila contact hindi  nila sinasagot tawag and email ko. yung office nila na naka post sa cleverbuy hindi naman pala sa kanila yun kung hindi sa iba travel agency ginamit lan sila ng triptoe sa ads pero hindi daw sila partner with them.

We bought a travel voucher from buyanihan. Palawan trip.

Tapos follow-up ng follow-up, magbook na daw kami. Tinawagan namin ng tinawagan, wala daw sched.

Tapos bigla na lang nag-send ng memo, na  yung travel agency-[textspeak!] travels, di na daw nag-o-honor tapos daw nila (buyanihan).

Di nila kami ni-rerefund.

Ang kinaiinis ko, ilang beses kaming tumawag, months before, di man lang nagsabi. E based dun sa details nung case nila, ang tagal na palang di nag-o-honor yung agency. Di man lang sinabi.

Tapos follow-up ng follow-up na magbook kami. E checking the dates nung mga email nila, di naman na pala nag-o-honor. WTF lang.

So pupunta kami sa DTI to file a complaint.

J2 din ang travel agency namin sa Cleverbuy deal. Jan. 30 kami nagstart magbook pero March na naserve talaga ang service voucher sa amin,

Before that, one month kami nagtiyaga magbook kasi laging walang available (ang dami daw kasi namin). Nagtiyaga talaga kami ng husband ko - personal visit sa office, tawag, text, email, the works. Nung nawawalan na kami ng gana, we decided to demand a refund from Cleverbuy. Talagang lahat ng paraan uli - visit, tawag, text, email, pati chat sa website.  Pero ang sabi sa amin ng J2, wag na kami magrefund at gagawan nila ng paraan.

Ayun, natuloy din kami and buti na lang, maganda ang service ng airline, tour agency at ng hotel sa amin.

But never again. Di na kami bibili ng travel deal.

i purchased a metrodeal voucher for palawan puerto princesa before

that experience was a nightmare. i contacted them for 6 months before i was able to seal the airfare component. then accom and tours was only given to me less than 1 month before travel date.

you know how i made sure every things settled. i had my friend look for their office which was quite difficult to find given the incomplete address they started responding to my calls.

^^ well dapat nandun na lahat pag all in. mag ingat ka sa mga travel vouchers kasi madami ng complaints sa news about travel deals online.

please do not book a tour with PAB STAR TRAVEL AND TOUR of Malolos, Bulacan. hassle silang kausap. kahit pa fully paid ka na di pa din nag iissue ng original official receipt at higit sa lahat a day before lang nila ieemail yung mga travel vouchers and eticket nyo. di rin sila sumusunod sa mga pinag usapa like kung anong airline ang sasakyan at kung paano yung breakfast arrangement sa hotel. mahirap silang kausap, magaling lang sila maningil pero pangit yung service nila. minsan di ka nila rereplyan sa text/email, di sila sasagot ng tawag mo kasi nakukulitan na sila. paano naman sila hindi kukulitin ng customer nila, eh less than a week na lang yung trip wala pang travel documents.

Hay naku sis, my friend should have read your post before she booked a tour with them. Grabe sobrang hassle kasi na cancel yung tour nila and they opted for a refund. It's been a month na and no refund pa. Tapos now, the agency has emailed them na they are having financial difficulties daw but is promising to give them their refund IN DUE TIME. Eh ano naman un, 100k+ kaya nabayad nila. Headache. Tapos nag close na daw office nila effective yesterday, June 21, coz may threats daw sa buhay ng staff coz of angry customers ata. Good luck naman.

Nakakaawa nga naman if they really are having financial difficulties kaya lang ewan.. paano naman yung customers nila. Sana nga lang hinde ma TY ang pera.

^ good luck to your friend. sana maka singil pa sila. malaking halaga din ang 100k. hinanap ko yung fb nila, di ko na makita. nag reklamo na ba yung friend mo sa dti? dapat gumawa na sila ng legal steps to recover their money.

akala ng pab star vip service ang hinihingi ko sa kanila. pero basic customer service lang naman ang request ko. they're in the service industry kaya dapat willing sila mag reply sa mga email/text at tawag ng customers nila. lalong lalo na kung paid na yung customer nila.

has anyone tried using their sinagtala vouchers? ambagal kasi ng reply! eh by email lang ang correspondence. walang phone number na binigay. baka someone here knows a number i can call para mas mabilis lang ang transaction with them. thanks!

i just used my boracay deal.  ok naman the travel agency, simple travels.  ang bad trip lang talaga was zest air!  1st, our departure was supposed to be 7:50am so ok lang kahit via kalibo kasi at least by lunch time sana nasa boracay na kami.  2 days before, nagtext ang zest air and they moved it to 12:20.  syempre, 4PM na kami nakarating sa boracay so parang less half day na yung stay namin dun.

then, going back to manila, we were supposed to leave kalibo at 4:25.  day before, zest air moved it to 3:50 which is ok lang with me since i wanna see my kids na rin.  bigla, lunch time the day we're supposed to leave na, they moved it to 6:40.  then, nung nasa airport na kami, minove na naman to 7:30.  hayyy...but other than that, i didn't have any problem with the claiming of the voucher.  sana lang, i asked prior to purchasing the voucher kung via kalibo or caticlan.  yun lang.

I bought a Bellarocca deal from Deal Dozen last May....i did not encounter any problems from the purchase to reservation to the actual availment
