It is not enough one does prayers.  For one you need to know what prayers to use for your situation.  Then you also need to dig deep within you as the power of the prayer has to spring forth from you.  And you need to effect other actions as well.

May it be an elemental, a damned soul or a fallen one the basic defense is the same - dapat strong not just the body but also the mind and spirit.  Not in the confrontational sense ha but of the kind that you know that the threats or act will be for naught for the baddies.

And do steer clear of quacks.  Most if not all major religions have experts who are tasked to handle such matters.  Kahit pa of Islam ka and you approach the Catholic Church for aid you are - as per mandate - must be helped.  Yun lang there are some in the Church - hindi lang sa Roman Catholic - who do not believe in the existence of evil.  Ewan ko why.

On being afraid na baka magalit ang tulad ng elemental if you put defenses ang tanong ko sa iyo ay is that how weak your faith is?  Well, while one dwells on this question ang kasagutan na one can apply is get sampaguita flowers and place it near the affected person's bed at the very least.  Real sampaguita ha not some chemical made to duplicate the scent.

Sis angelbabe.  Faith mo to God.  What exactly do quacks know?  Are they truly capable of handling such a problem?  Tulad rin ng doctor of medicine ay each - the real stuff - specializes in one.  And if one subscribes to one who taps on the dark side EVEN ONCE ay that damns your soul.  Maaring you think you've avoided trouble but have actually given not just your child(ren) but also mga future generations ninyo! 

Sampaguita plants are not so easy to find nowadays but per experience once you are determined to tap on Him ay the proper solution will present itself.  Even the means to acquire it.  It may be bought, given or even shared.  Huwag lang nanakawin ha!

If a plant is beyond one's immediate reach at this time then yun like what is sold sa harap ng simbahan will suffice though magastos in the long run. 

FYI.  I do have to opt for the shock approach on you dahil hindi ikaw lang ang nakapagtanong niyan.  And yes, been there and done that ika nga hence I know the perils of such.

FYI.  13 years na ako on a regular basis handling stuff even worse than what you fear yet I never tell folks to seek me for such service.  I would always steer them towards their priest or minister.  Never to quacks irregardless of how great they may be.  For in my book who has a more worthy experience and better success rate in such.  And all religions would agree that Jesus is one of the greatest exorcist ever.

Using salt does work BUT do you know what salt mismo to use and how to exactly tune that salt to work right for your need?  And do you know how to read signs if the salt did work or didn't work and the evil thing(s) - yes, at times there is more than just one who will pay you a "visit" - and sa ibang daan pala dumaan to get to you. 

So what exactly makes the humble sampaguita work for such a need?  Unang una that came originally from the Himalayas.  And the family it is with - jasmine - ay associated with good things or when good things happen.  Most of all it is able to naturally influence a wide area through its scent.  This is the reason why I recommended that you opt for a plant rather than just those string of sampaguita flowers para 24/7 ang defense mo.  Obviously one has absorbed that sinabi ko hindi lang prayers but action as well so prayers with offerings ng sampaguita sa altar mo where your family joins you in prayer is the least of which you can do to make sure your defenses are up.  And if you feel that you need to do more then go and avail of the Sacrament of Confession.  If of a different religion - not a Roman Catholic - then ask your priest or minister what is the approved equivalent.  The reason why is because having less negative energy within you aka sin helps in weakening whatever such bad things can do sa inyo.  This is also why nowadays it is encouraged that babies are baptized early - at hindi dahil para kumita ang simbahan (though some crooked ones have such as their reason).

OT: It does make me wonder why is it a lot are so nahihiya to ask their priest or minister about such but are quite open to subscribing to quacks.  Oo the Church is not perfect and we have clones of Padre Damaso but isn't the same with quacks?  Sa mga truly in need of expert help there is - for real - an Office of the Exorcist sa Manila Cathedral and San Carlos Seminary.  Yun lang have your priest help coordinate things.

Hi muli, angelbabe.

Do note the following is the general reply I often tell folks when suspecting they may be victims of a psychic attack - may it be from man or not man anymore.  Yun sampaguita plant mo - o any plant at that huwag lang yun bawal ha! - should be placed outside the bedroom window closest to the bed of the affected person or subject.  Kung nasa 2nd floor ka (or higher) but it is allowed to have a plant sa ground floor na katapat ng window mo sa itaas then doon mo ilagay - sa ground floor na katapat ng bintana mo sa itaas.  If that option is not pwede dahil sa condo ka or such then move a table close to that window or sa bedside table mo na kung masikip na talaga.

An alternative to that is instead of yun salt sa window is you opt for rice grains aka bigas.  Obviously huwag yun pekeng bigas na foam o plastic na mula sa Tsina.  Kahit pa NFA rice iyan - well, haven't tried those GMO ones for this purpose - ay uubra iyan.  Just a spoonful of that wrapped inside a red pouch made from red cloth na itinali sa may bintana mo and/or bedroom/main door will generally suffice.  In some cultures they opt for tea leaves. 

IF you want to go to a truly more proper level get a proper Bible (or its equivalent kung of a different religion ka) and read from it PLUS absorb what you read before and after sleeping - na syempre with your daily prayers rin sa gabi at umaga.  At sa mga opting for prayers hindi yun nakahiga ka lang sa kama ha not unless truly invalid ka na or some other acceptable reason.  There is a reason why we do the sign of the cross, kneel and even genuflect before the altar.  So at least kneel during your prayers sa umaga at gabi kahit beside your bed lang.

AND WHEN not IF such encounters level up dahil mangyayari yun to make you waver in your faith try your best to recite the Apostles Creed (or its equivalent if a different religion) during such tests.  IF you find it hard to ever finish it - at mangyayari iyon! - ay remember the following 3 words na dapat mo masabi: God Save Me.  Some opt for I Rebuke You. 

OT: Food for thought lang naman.  If you can afford to spend or borrow money to seek a quack's help in the province or even abroad ay ano ba naman yun find time to first seek the assistance of your priest o minister.  Marami na akong na-encounter na naubos na ang pera sa mga kwek-kwek na nasa mga malalayong lugar yet find it so "unusual" to go to a proper exorcist.

FYI.  You have to act on this properly the first time pa lang.  Dahil there are situations wherein if you simply do nothing o think by dismissing it from your mind ay iiwanan ka na ay think again.  What examples can be worse than what you've read so far?  Hanapin ninyo yun "Legion" sa Bible.  And in some cases ang dumadale sa iyo ay tao pero hindi na tao ang soul.  And that's just for the first course!

Mabalik lang sa sampaguita.  If you can have more than one of that then place one at your bedroom, where the main door is, where the back door is - if applicable, and kung mayroon pa ay at each of the 4 cardinal directions NOT at the four corners of your place. 

Sa mga allergic sa scent ng flowers then go for the rice option.  To be replaced every 3 days for the first week and if things improve then once a week.  If things continue to improve then once a month.  If it worsens then you need to do other options that can be combined to what you are already doing BUT it is advised that even sa umpisa pa lang you've already asked your priest/minister for assistance on this.  Ang tawag sa tulong na need mo gawin if you find your place under psychic attack is for a DELIVERANCE PRAYER.

FYI. When you see a bad one aka d'anothers ay that is because they are easily seen talaga kahit pa bukas ang third eye mo or not - lahat tayo may third eye.  It takes a person with full trust in God (and His workers) for you to realize that kaya that bad being is somehow in "pause" in doing more upon you dahil you have something that is good and from Him with you.  When you waver in your faith that's when your link to Him weakens which in turn is taken advantaged of by the baddie.  At huwag na huwag kayo magmamagaling na kaya ninyo i-direct confrontation ang mga ito dahil strong ang faith mo.  That is very stupid!  What you do is ask Him - as the Divine Trinity - to assist you in this matter.  Yun sinabi ko na 3 words is that.  And you do NOT visualize that God is with you but FEEL mo He is with you.  Hopefully this gets to help some folks here and give answer to some questions rin.

Yes.  Photographs or even digital pictures can be used to see the unseen.  And iba ang timpla ng real stuff as compared doon sa na-doctor lang na pictures

First, Sa house namin pag inaabot kami ng madaling araw sa sala na nagoonline meron.
May bigla nalang may bumubuga ng hininga sa tenga ko at malapit pa. Pero wala naman tao kasi tulog na yung mother ko tsaka kapatid ko. Yung kapatid ko din naexperience nya yun nung inabot siya ng madaling araw sa sala para gawin yung project niya at nagccomputer. Bigla nalang daw may bumuga ng hininga sa tenga niya. Sa sobrang takot niya, di na niya tinapos yung ginagawa niya at natulog nalang.

Second, Yung aso naman namin bigla nalang siya tatahol sa loob ng kwarto kahit wala naman tao dun. May tinitignan siya sa kwarto at galit kung magtahol kahit wala naman kami nakikita. Kung makatahol nga eh, parang may nakikita sya na hindi namin nakikita. Katakot lang hehe.

My paranormal senses are evolving. It has been tapped and this past week has been the scariest I've been. I've never been so petrified in my whole life. It all started last wednesday when I heard two consecutive sitsits  I need advice on how to calm down

And its going to get worse again this November to early December.  Just as how things were bad last Ghost Month ay its going to be at least again.  Hindi ko lang ma-explain properly why the math shows that but it will be so.  Kaya its best that we unload our negative burdens as soon as we could, cleanse our place as well and start charging up with lots of positive energy through actions and deeds more than just words.

First, dapat yun cleansing - discharging of negative energy - gets done before one charges ng positive ha.  As for charging up positively ay its in our actions and deeds nga.  Charity work, exercises that encourages discipline and focus like tai chi, and pwede rin mga tulad ng pilgrimages (need not be expensive nor even go far like abroad.)
