@iristacey and @Diane: sinong doctor to? kunin ko naman yung info. kasi i'm on my 10th week.. pero after my 13th week, uuwi ako diyan sa Pinas para diyan na muna kami ni baby hanggang manganak ako. that's the plan.. sa las pinas kami mag-stay so i need to look for a new ob na malapit lang dun. TIA!

i'm for scheduled CS on July 14 and my OB quoted me Php150K for scheduled CS, standard private room. her pf last time was P40K and she said nothing much changed on her PF, more on hospital fees.

hindi ko type ang food ng asian yun lang talaga ayaw ko sa kanila, walang wala sa food ng st.lukes, kasi yung canteen sa baba ayun ang caterer nila, tsaka minsan kumain dun si husband sa canteen may langaw daw hehe kaya ayaw na namin talaga parang hindi ganun ka safe yung food, para sa amin lang huh or baka nagkataon lang na nag kalangaw, si husband kumakain ng food ko nung na confined ako then bili nya [textspeak!] ako sa cafefrance or order kami sa pancake house.

siguro sa akin lagpas 200k magiging bill ko twins kasi hindi ako takot sa PF ni ob kasi hindi naman sya taga sumingil but syempre mas additional anes di ba.

parang mas ok sa akin walang carpet kasi nababahuan din ako sa carpet lalo na kapag kakapasok mo lang ng room.

wala lang napa chika lang.

hi mga sis, i just gave birth sa Asian via cs nung june 18. the total bill was around 170k less philhealth. so around 150k lang binayaran namin. 60k fee ni OB. the rest, hospital bill and pedia/anes fee na. we took the standard private. 4 days confinement.

nadisappoint lang ako kase hindi na sa 10th floor ang OB cases. they moved it sa 5th floor na. mas maganda view sa 10th floor and carpeted. ngayon tinatanggal na nila yung carpet and medical/surgical cases na daw yung iaassign dun.

the staff and nurses are all nice. overall experience was great!

food is... well.... hospital food. they even have free pre-discharge 4 course meal... kala ko naman from outside caterer. hehe. dun lang din pala sa kanila. meron slice of bread with butter, soup, salad, slice of choco cake. the main course is tener loin with mashed potato. the taste... so so lang din...

they gave complimentary hospital bag with lots of freebies. mga product samples from med reps. so happy with this.

then, yung mga natirang gamit ni baby sa huggery, pinauwi din. all these things were charged sa bill ni baby.

 then the reception team gave a single rose upon discharge.

Ako din masasabi ko it was great experience na manganak sa Asian..

sis carmi alam mo ang may fault dyan yung staff sa Huggery,minsan kasi palpak ang mga staff nila like sa akin nung 1st trimester ko kasi ndi pa ako pinapayagan mag wheelchair ni ob so stretcher ako pag baba ng asian sa emergency kahit check up lang then punta genesis or womens health ilang beses yun huh yung mga staff ba naman sinabihan na namin tapos gusto pa ako patayuin kaya si SIL imbyerna talaga. Parang wala minsan sa sarili mga staff kahit mga nurse pero hinid naman lahat huh. Kaylangan mo pa mag pa ulit ulit.

alam ko nga breastfeeding advocate sila but sana ininform ka nung staff di ba eh iyak ng iyak na pala anak mo,kakainis yun huh sana pinagalitan mo. Or ni report mo. Kasi kung ganyan pala sana na inform din ng maaga si pedia so hindi pa na gutom si baby mo.

mga sis, ano feedback nyo sa Huggery? advocate ang hospitals ng exclusive breastfeeding di ba. kaso wala talaga akong breastmilk. nung binisita ng parents ko si baby sa Huggery, iyak daw ng iyak kase gutom na. they don't give formula. pinilit ko magpabreastfeed kahit makirot pa tahi ko kaso wala talaga akong milk pa. super naawa tuloy ako kay baby. kung di pa sinabi ng mom ko na iyak ng iyak, i wouldn't know na ganun yung situation nya sa Huggery. so i called the staff and asked if they can give formula kay baby kesa naman magutom. they told me that they will ask my pedia kung papayag. Thank God pumayag naman ang pedia and pinabili ko agad sila ng formula. since napakain ng maayos si baby, di na daw umiyak sabi ng mom ko.

Ganun ba talaga sa hospitals? ang sa akin lang naman, sana nainform ako about the situation ni baby. saka paano pag di pumayag yung pedia na mag formula?

Hi Sis, I think the bedside nurse inform you since umiiyak na pala si baby.. they have naman your tel/cp no. eh or your room no. right!.....

Si baby ko nun nasa nicu pa siya tas naiyak si baby they ask me magexpress ng milk dahil that time kahit 1CC wala pa nalabas mga 2days na wala talaga na labas the bedside nurse call us to inform us that they will give formula milk na so that our baby will stop crying na... baka depende din talaga sa mga staff incharge un....

Did you set an appointment with them? I have seen the huggery since i already gave birth there 6yrs ago, but i want sana to talk to the staff/person in charge. Im sure may mga pinagbago na since 2006.

^sis just go to to Admission then tell them that you want an ocular sa birthing room at huggery and they will assign a staff to assist you.

I gave birth at Asian last saturday and just like my experience there two years ago, everything went very well. friday night admitted na ako then saturday 8am yung CS operation. Our bill amounted around 150k. Pf of my OB is 50k, pedia is 8k and anes is 21k, the rest is hospital bill ko and my baby's. We waived the complimentary dinner, kala kasi namin tuesday pa ko madidischarge e monday 10am pumayag na OB ko kaya inasikaso ni hubby agad yung settlement so by 5pm mOnday nakalabas na kami.

^gave birth last July 7. dont bring that much clothes if your NSD.if baby will stay in huggery, they'll provide clothes for your baby unless you want your baby to be roomed in with you.

i was admitted july 7 at 2:30am and nakauwi na kami ng july 8 after lunch. going home clothes lang nagamit namin both ni baby

^sis, NSD ka right?! Ang galing naman ang bilis mo nakalabas ng hospital. So no need to bring diapers, alcohol, cottonballs etc for the baby unless nga room in, right? Thanks!!

no need kahit room in kasi those supplies are included na sa fees ni baby at ibibigay nila lahat sayo yung di naconsume ni baby.

btw, they also have bag give away which has a lot of goodies.
