Annulment alone does not end marriage, your boyfriend and his ex-wife must first liquidate and partition their properties before either of them can remarry. As per provisions of the Family Code.

Hi! my entry of judgement and finality are in the process of registration. tanong ko lang mga siz... if anone knows the latest processing nito . kasi .. my lawyer is no where to find na! after the finality so ako na ang nag pa registered ng lahat. after endorsement ng annotated marriage contract sa NSO. ibabalik pa ba yun sa Court? saan ba ako makakakuha ng Decree of annulment? thanks
