Ramen Nagi and Ippudo for me.

Ramen at Urameshi-Ya in Little Tokyo is okay for P200. Level 5 lang pero na-anghangan ako talaga!

After trying almost all the ramen places that sprouted in the metro, sa Ramen Nagi na lang kami bumabalik.  Consistent and malasa talaga ang broth nila.  Kahit lumamig panalo pa din.  Tamago din nila laging ok.

Still Ramen Nagi for me and I can finish the whole bowl.  No point in telling me I can't bring the left over home. *burp*

Ichiran! Lol. Sayang wala pa dito, but I guess that's what makes it so delicious, kasi minsan ko lang makain.

When I crave for ramen, I go to Ramen Nagi but only because it's the most accessible, but to me, it cannot replace Ichiran. I've tried Ippudo before pero di ko maalala kung better ba siya than Ramen Nagi, pero malapit ko nang malaman when it opens in Vertis North!!! hehe

Yes iba talaga ang ramen sa japan. Kahit yung sa mga tabi tabi lang. Haay kakamiss.

So i tried Ramen Daisho for the first time ever... and i'm NEVER going back!

I ordered the Tonkatsu Chashu-men. Their chashu and tamago were pathetic. Their gyoza was okay, but was not consistently cooked - four pieces were nicely seared, but the fifth piece had no sear, it looked white.

The BEST ramen for me is still Mendokoro Ramenba. Second is Ippudo.

Since I'm from the South I'll choose the one that's near me which I crave almost every week (Huhu ang gastos!) LOL. RAMEN YUSHOKEN for me is the best we have in the South. Tantanmen together with their Gyoza or Chicken Karaage is the best!

I also tried Ramen Nagi just recently in Greenbelt and I also love it though was not able to try the gyoza since I was so full already. I finished the bowl of ramen all to myself. I love how spicy it is!

I tried Ramen Nagi's Black King bec andami rave dito..But then After finishing my bowl, I had an allergy attack, grabe ang kati all over my body.. I had double my co-altria medicine. Buti na lang the exteme itchiness nawala an hour after meds kasi if not, diretso na talaga ako sa emergeny kasi my throat would definitely start to tighten up.

Pero regarding sa feedback ko sa food:

5/10 (this has nothing to do with the allergy ha)
Hindi ko nagustuhan yung over all blend ng lasa..
Pero yung creaminess, malasang malasa yung soup nila.. yan thumbs up Hindi tinipid ang ingri, pero yung lasa, it's not for me. Mas gusto ko pa yung karubi ng Ryu, if ramen nagi is the authentic lasa, i now doubt if we will enjoy our japan trip in the future.. bet ko pa naman ang ramen when raining (totoo yung sinasabi nila na lalo mong naappreciate ang ramen habang tumatagal..

^to be safe, go to Ichiran, Ippudo, the restos in the airport or the ones where there is an English menu. Malakas ang lasa ng broth ng ramen where locals frequent, mararamdaman mo ang collagen and may meaty or fishy aftertaste. I didn't dare ask for a lighter version baka kasi ma-offend sila. Sa Tokyo Ramen Street in Tokyo Station, okay din doon and may English menu, di ka rin naman mahihiya mag-ask for a lighter version (but still too strong for the taste of the Pinoys) kasi puro turista doon.

1. Ippudo (Akamaru Special)
2. Ramen Nagi (Red King)
3. Kitchitora (Paitan Ramen)

Recommended din and Ramen Kuroda and Ukkokei, okay lang lasa plus budget friendly pa, good for quick fix ramen craving. Hayyyy kaya medyo bumigat ang timbang ko kakaramen eh haha.

The best that I've tried so far are from Ikkoryu and Ippudo. I want to try Mendokoro Ramenba, my boss said that they make good ramen too.
