Hello, I want to start our own business as well about siomai. We are now selling our frozen siomai. Kaya naman magsupply. Kaya lang, yung quality ng siomai namin, hindi katulad nung mga siomai ng master siomai etc. Pure meat kasi with shrimp siya. Still thinking of being a commissary. Any idea kung san kami pwedeng magsupply? It includes chili sauce na =)

Business namin ang siomai. Pero wala kaming cart. We're selling frozen siomai with chili sauce. Ok naman siya, word of mouth lang ang advertising namin. Still looking for a store/caterer na pwede namin I-supply yung siomai namin. Pure meat with shrimp kasi. not for food stall siya, talo kami sa presyo ng mga master siomai.

Why franchise if you can create one? Why not build your own Brand?  There are "Siopao Factories" that sells bulk orders.  You just need to have your own Steamer, Around P1,000-P2,000 depending on your choice, Cabinet style or Round steamer.  You can Modify your heater.  and make your own Cart.  This way, you are not binded by terms and policy.

  Yap its better to create your own... Brand name lang naman yan at asa lasa din... mas mura pa. wala kapang franchising fee bayun. Steamer, pwesto, tao...chadannn..

hi po. sa mga master na po ang paggawa ng siomai, tips naman po. everytime po gumagawa ako ng siomai, kapag naiisteam na lumuluwag po ang wrapper. hindi po sya nakaintact sa filling. di tuloy maganda itsura. kapag hilaw pa yun siomai okey naman po pag wrap, mahigpit naman. ano po mali sa gawa ko? pls help po. I am planning on putting up a siomai rice business here near our house since maraming tao (like the ones you see beside FEU) kaso I am scared na baka ma ignore to. Paano niyo fnfrozen yung siomai niyo? Like nilalagay niyo lang talaga siya sa ref (sealed) for a long time? How many days usually shelf time ng siomai if tayo mismo gumagawa? Nag seminar kasi ako before sa meat processing and natutunan ko 'to. Balak ko sana istart kahit dito lang sa bahay para naman maging productive ako. Anong masusuggest niyo kung pano siya i-seal and gano ko katagal ikeep sa ref?
