thanks Heatherette, medyo matrabaho nga kasi need pa i-back up muna [textspeak!] files bago mag clean install. Have asked one of our ITs here sa office ganyan din advise nya clean install daw. Magba-back up muna ako this weekend. Hopefully it works :-)

when i upgraded to maverick, no files were lost.  but of course it is always wiser to back-up

bibili na ako this week but I am torn between Air md760 and Pro101, ano sa tingin niyo na fit for my purpose - making videos using premiere pro and after effects

Go with Pro. Kung ayaw mo na isipin ang virus, worms, spam, etc... get Mac

Finally, i got myself a macbook pro retina 13". Medyo finifigure out ko pa gamitin kasi from asus ako so medyo di pa kabisadi. Sis, which hardcase ba magand speck or moshi? Ang speck nabasa ko nagmomold daw sya in 2-3 mos kaya hesitant ako. Sa mga may first hand experience about it kumusta naman?

^I had Speck pero di ko rin ginamit ng matagal dahil nagco-collect ng dust sa loob. I like my laptop before na walang case.

^^I have Belkin hard case I bought from Power Mac Center. Ok naman. Medyo naggather ng dust yung edges ng bottom half pero otherwise ok sya. It's easy to remove naman and wipe. The top half I don't have to remove at all kasi tight sealed, so no dust.

I recommend getting a hard case. Whenever I would look at the bottom, super daming gasgas. I think pangit na magiging itsura ng macbook ko if walang case.

^Marami na bang laman yung hard drive mo? Minsan kasi pag marami ng laman, bumabagal talaga.
