Bought the MBPro 15". Mabigat talaga siya pero inisip ko na lang yun pang-matagalan na talaga. Haha.

hi mga sis! planning to sell my 2 year old MBA 11" to buy a new and higher specs of MBA 11" this june. ano ba mas maganda gawin to have a Windows OS mga sis? through bootcamp or parallel?

^i'd go for bootcamp. much cheaper. don't forget to install antivirus on your windows.

actually kaya need ko na magpalit ng MBA para sa bootcamp. ayoko naman iupgrade yung luma ko baka bumagal lang si Mac.

i use norton antivirus and so far wala pa akong experience na na hack ang account ko or na virus ang pc ko. meron nabibili yung license good for 3PCs. I still have two licenses left. PM me if you're interested.

Tapos check mo pala ha may pros and cons ang bootcamp and parallel depende sa need mo. kasi ako gusto ko dedicated yung resources and cheaper kaya bootcamp ang recommend ko. ang downside lang is you have to restart when you're switching between OS.

Thanks a lot sis! kaso baka sa June pako buy. nabasa ko kasi magrereleas ang Apple ng new Mac this mid year. Ok lang sakin sis yung switching procedure sa bootcamp. Main reason ko lang naman using bootcamp is to recognize my upload template file sa SAP.

^^ mine was also really cheap. 52kyaw for a bnew MBP 13" i5 with 20k worth of apps na ininstall nung supplier by the time we met up.

yung sa friend ko was from Power Mac, MBA 11". she had to install everything by herself, and yes yung na-DL nya expired.

Attended the free 2 hrs tutorial about mac os and i-life kanina at trinoma. So glad i did kasi ang dami kong natutunan. New mac user kasi ako.

Hi guys, my last here was when my wi-fi icon in my mbp 13  inch just went off, unfortunately i was not able to fix it. Later, my mbp just did not turn on anymore, i already did the smc and pram reset but there's no display. I know that the mbp still turns on because i can still feel the system running when i youch the bottom and the light indicator is on. I went to the service center and they told me it might be a logic board problem and gave an estimate of 20k replacement. Is there any other way to fix it without paying for that huge amount? I would appreciate any suggestion/help.

^yeah mine before ganyan di nagchacharge they replaced my charger.

^^you can have it checked at a different place for a second opinion kung yun talaga sira. i think heatherette had that prob before she had hers replaced just back read on the thread you can see her posts.

Sisses, help me, can't decide which one to get :

Macbook Pro 13" with Retina, 256GB - 74,990
                      OR
Macbook Pro 13" Standard, 750GB - 69,990

Syempre ma sgusto ko sana the one with Retina display na, kaso hindi kaya maliit lang yung 256GB kahit na for home use lang, mostly photos lang ini-store ko then after a year, inaalis ko na fater transferring them sa DVD. On the other hand, nakakatempt naman yung 750GB ng standard MBP but yun nga lang ang bigat naman kung daldalhin mo.

Next, I want to buy and ipad 4th gen, should I stick with the one with Wi-Fi only, or mas okay ba yung with Cellular na? I was asked by the salesman dun sa Power Mac, kung meron na ako iphone with unlimited data plan, I said yes kaya he suggested naman na kahit yung 32GB with wifi only.

Thank you mga sis. pls I need your inputs. Gusto ko na bumili kasi habang naka promo pa yung mga macbook pro sa powermac, meron sila up to 12 months to pay no interest. Sayang din kasi.

^ Sis, kung ako go with Retina! Bias ako kasi Retina yung akin. Haha. Pero iba kasi talaga dating sakin nung Retina, gandang-ganda ako talaga!

250GB should be sufficient for photos .
ipda with wireless should be okay overkill yung with simcard lalo na kung may phone ka na. some phones actually (like samsung) can act as a wireless router for internet.
