Thanks mga sis for your comparison which really enlightens me. Now i'm decided on getting a mbp na lang. Need ko na kasi ng laptop kasi tagal na din nung isa ko 6 yrs na din. Regalo lang yun so this is my 1st time to buy one. Di ko na maaantay yung mbp ng ate ko. Pag pinadala nya next yr okay pa din kasi magiging 2 na mbp ko.

Glad to know walang virus related problem ang mac. Saan kayang store ok bumili? Hope someone can suggest na cheaper or maybe isa lang ang srp ng mbp.

7900 din pala pa add on ng office. Pag wala ba nun hindi makakaopen ng documents?

anong mga default/pre installed apps sa mac air ang pwede ng tanggalin? i want to free up some space kasi and some of these apps naman di ko ginagamit/gagamitin ever. nakakatakot lang dahil baka importante pala tapos nadelete ko.

I think I am going MBP this Saturday! Haha. Ayoko rin kase ng mga virus. Naiinis ako pag nagrereformat ng PC.

Kaso sobrang mahal niya talaga. Todo kayod ata ako nito!

^Go sis! Di ka magsisisi. Nung lumipat ako, laking ginhawa din kasi OC ako so every other day ako kung mag-check ng virus, malware, etc... at palagi may nakukuha pa rin. Nung paglipat ko, wala na ko iniisip.

Okay kaya to buy at Kimstore? If I need some repair (wag naman sana), will they accept it sa Powermac? Ang mura kase sa kimstore. Makakasave ako ng 9k.

Yes, true! The MBP is simply the best! I was a DELL user for many years. I was afraid of Mac before kasi I thought it wasn't user friendly. But when I got the hang of it, parang pumangit na yung tingin ko sa ibang laptop. Once you go mac, there's no turning back

As for the MBA naman, it was really designed for portability kaya ganun kaliit ang memory niya. Just buy an external hard disk for your MBA. I think 1TB is good na.

^^Yes. Ok naman kay Kimstore at yung warranty niya alam ko kahit saan, meaning kahit sa iba mo binili, inaaccept yung warranty sa mga authorized Apple service center like Powermac.

I bought my MBP in Powermac. However, all original and authentic Apple products have a 1 year warranty worldwide as long as you register your item upon purchasing.

In case there will be a problem, don't just bring it to any Powermac store kasi they will just say that you bring it to the Powermac Service Center.

Hi mga sis. Got my MBP last Friday. Ask ko lang. Yun matte crystal case ba okay siya as a cover? Ito yun nakita ko online. Ang mahal kase sa powermac. Nung ginamit ko kase yun laptop ng assistant chief nurse namin, nagustuhan ko yun cover e. Parang rubber type. Is this same with the satin case?

And, what do you use for Office? Did you download Microsoft Office for Mac? If yes, can someone PM me where to download it for free? I really need the office kase. Di ako sanay sa Pages e. Haha!

^Alam ko sa crystal case, yung matigas siya na material. Yung rubber naman iba yun. May nakikita akong ganun sa Speck.

^^ i have Mac Office 2k11. kulang nalang ng One Note perfect na sana. ang masaya dito yung pwede mo ichange yung environment ng typing (may very minimalist na mode where yung paper lang yung in view + background of your choice, like wood/desktop)

for the crystal case i bought sa ebay (same seller ata sis nyang post mo). Matte Pink yung sakin, OK pa naman siya. half a year no probs, no scratches. di pa natatanggal yung rubber/foam pads sa baba. ok pa din yung bili kong silicon keyboard protector, trackpad protector, palmguard sa kanya.

Nagorder na ako ng matte. Then I searched sa Youtube regarding Microsoft Office 2011. Found the right tutorial. And downloaded the right software.

I'm now using Microsoft Office 2011
