^ Sa Edmonton, sis. I was able to visit Edmonton na rin last July-August. Nagtourist visa lang muna ako. Pero ngayon sinisimulan na ayusin ang petition ko for PR. Kayo, san kayo sa Canada?

^hindi ko na matandaan. yung application namin was received by mississauga by jan 30 tapos june 27, approved na ang visa. sometime april yung approval ng sponsor ata.

Hi sis! maitanong ko kung mag send ako thru mail, anong courier services? DHL o FEDEX.

Paano niyo nalaman na nareceive na ng Mississauga ang application niyo? may marereceive ba kaming notice.

Under MPNP ako, magssubmit na kami ng application next week. please give me ideas sa proseso ng application.

May sponsor akong nakuha at binayaran din namin so kasabay ng application papers ko iyong papel din ng sponsor. tama po ba? Salamat.

By this time, nasa CIC Manila na ang papers ko at naforward na rin ang medical ko...

I am scared, parang ambilis ng mga pangyayari! Baka maya maya, passport request na. Di ko inexpect na ganito kabilis...

^9 months is ok for me. Sakto ang timing kung sakali. Medyo worried ako pag mas maaga kasi di pa ako ready hehe.

Btw, sa website mo ba nakita sis yung processing time? Kasi ang nakalagay doon as of huling tingin ko, 55 days ang processing ng approval ng sponsor (tapos Nov. 9 applicants pa lang ang pino-process). Kaya sobrang gulat kami nang ma-approve in less than a month yung sa amin. Me holidays pa dun. Meron akong kilalang applicant na kasabay din namin halos (4 days difference lang), wala pa silang nare-receive na anything.

I am trying to decipher kung ano yung factors kung bakit mabilis yung sa amin. I am wondering kung nagka-categorize din sila ng case sa embassy, like "easy case" o "complicated case." Something like that. Iniisip ko rin kung factor ba ang income/financial status ng sponsor, etc. Parang di naman yata kasi first come, first served eh. Siguro nga depende rin sa case.

sis, yung 55 days  that is just an approximation. and that 55 days is for the sponsor's application processing tapos yung sa iyo, naipadala na siguro sa pinas. that will take approximately nine months.

the reason  kaya napabilis, i am guessing ha, is because they approved 25k+++ of PR this month. so that made family class sponsorship processing faster. canada believes in family reunification.

I asked that before. Walang easy case o complicated case. Depende kasi kung gaano katotoo yung mga dokumento ninyo--that will make it complicated dahil panloloko na iyon and automatic refusal of PR status. And the more number the family members are included--it will take a bit of time kasi 'pinag aaralan' mga dokumento nila. There are families kasi na ang mga anak nila eh more than 18 yrs old na so ang mga dokumento nila mas madami na rin.

It's not a case of income status ng sponsor lalo na kung anak o asawa ang kinukuha. Don't believe that crap. Pero kung magulang ng sponsor ang kinukuha, then income of the sponsor plays a big factor. Its first come first served. Pero kasi depende pa rin sa officer na may hawak ng papel ninyo ang bilis ng proseso ng papel.

Spousal. hubby is a pr.  included in the application are our 2 kids.

Last year, meron kasi silang inimplement na "extension of medicals". basically, if expired medicals lang naman yung naghihinder sa release ng visa, the VO will just ask for the extension instead na mag-remedical, though still subject for approval nung concerned department.

We requested for GCMS notes kasi from January-Manila batch, sobrang naiwanan na kami, everyone else had been given their visas.  We found out through the notes that we were actually approved and was supposed to be issued na ng visa ng July but our medicals expired kasi ng June kaya na-witheld, so as per the GCMS notes, nag-ask yung VO ng extension ng medicals namin nung August 29 but up until now, we havent heard from them.  I found out pa na some of those who received letter from the embassy dated August 29 to redo their medicals had already been issued their visas even before mag December.  I've been checking din sa post office if may letter from the embassy pero wala din.

Nakakafrustrate lang kasi wala naman kaming choice to redo our medicals or ask ng extension ng medicals kasi depende sa Visa Officer.  Last November nag-request ulit kami ng GCMS notes for the second time to check kung ginalaw na ult yung application namin but wala paring update from the last time.

Kung nag re-medical kayo siguro mas napabilis pa compare dun sa extension. Kasi yung re-medical, lalo na kung may request na for remedical, automatic na isi-send na sa ottawa yung result and the decision for it could be in a month or less.

I advise you to email canadian embassy ASAP and ask them about it again. Huwag mong ikumpara yung processing ng iba sa iyo. When you email them make sure to put your application number sa subject line.

It's very unlikely talaga yung sa iyo. If your husband provided an email address sa application niya noon, very likely na sa email makikipag-correspond ang canadian embassy. Ganun sa amin ng husband ko.

Please check your application status online. Er, I was told that they are not really updating right now pla due to sobrang dami ng application--but try.

the application approval will really depend on the Visa Officer in Manila that will handle the applicant's papers. and that will depend on the quality of the proof na pinepresent mo. think of it as a legal case. evidences. kung matibay, approved ang visa. like i know one batchmate, she presented class picture nila nung husband nya nung kinder sila. obviously, hindi pa sila mag-bf nun pero the fact that they've known each other for a long time is a plus. may iba naman they included testimonies of parents and friends in the application kit. although I didnt do that pero it is a bit help.

^in my case, inabot ata ng 2 months from the time na sinubmit ko yung passport until makuha ang visa. Iba iba kasi yung cases pero from ive noticed, pag kakuba ng passport saka pa lang ibabackground check ang applicant. Ang bilis kasi ng gap from the time na dumating ang papers sa canadian embassy sa pag request ng passport. So i assume na after makuha ang passport saka pa lang nagbabackground check. Did you submit your passport at the same time ng medical?

Sino ang primary applicant sa inyo sis? Gusto ko din kasi isponsor yung daddy ko kaso nakapause ang sponsorship for parents.

Mga sis! Si hubby is a permanent resident sa canada and balak ko sumunod newlywed kami kaso wala ako idea saan mag-start. May interview pa ba?

^depends on your application kit. if the visa officer seems satisfied with the paperwork that you have submitted then no need for interview. although some says it is random naman daw.

hello mga sis,

eto na naman po ako and now we are decided na mag apply na under MPNP family stream. now may mga questions lang po ako and hope na may makasagot na mga sis natin dito.

1. mas madali po ba mag apply online sa MPNP?
2. ang sabi ng friend ko, wala daw bayad ang application for provincial nominee. magbabayad na lang daw pag nag request na naiforward yung mga papers sa nova scotia. is it true po ba?
3. regarding naman po sa bank acct. ,meron na ako bank acct but kulang pa yung needed amount and di po siya passbook atm lang po. now balak sana namin mag open ng new bank account na passbook na. ano po ang mas maganda, joint account kami ni hubby or sarili ko na lang din ulit? may nagsabi kasi sa akin na nagwowork sa bank mas maganda daw if joint acct kami ni hubby.
