Shakeys birthday party...

hi sissies, meron na ba dito na nakapag pa party na sa Shakeys Malate?

Hi sis.  2 pamangkin ko dun nagbirthday.  may nabasa ko negative feedback about them.  Kaya un daughter ko sa shakey's un manila ako nagpabooked.  nice naman kausap un incharge.  i'll give you a feedback pagtapos ng birthday niya

just finished birthday party nang daughter ko sa q. ave last 16 Feb..last party kami 7-9pm pero natapos na yung nasundan namin 645pm. we are supposed to have our setup at 6-7pm..andami na tuloy hindi naayos sa setup nang balloon decor ko...guest arrived early..so guest and decor nagkakagulo sa function area..

we reserved a/b function areas since we expect more than 150 pax guest.

initially we avail 7 MMD and 20 package c P165 each for kids. and P2000 tokens with giant pizza and we ended up having 10 MMD and 39 package c for kids..

nakapagpasok naman kami nang sarili namin host,decor,candy,dessert buffet,cake with out any corkage fee..siguro dahil wala electricity required.

and pangit nga lang nag extend kami kasi late na kami nakastart. so we ended up, paying P800 originally P1k for one hour extension.

kendrasmom, i think it was unfair for shakeys to charge you for OT since it was the party before you who was at fault. shame on them.

^sis twelve5, nagulat nga kami,nakipag bargain na lang kami sa extension..and hinayaan na lang namin hindi nalang kami nagpastress.. andami pa kasi bisitang naiwan and nag aarcade..kakahiya gumawa nang scene.. medyo kakainis lang talaga kung iisipin mo after nang party..

Sis yanchee, san mo nabasa yung bad review re shakeys malate? Tumawag ako kanina sa Shakey UN and may nauna ng mag pabook dun sa preferred date ko so i dont have a choice kundi sa Shakeys Malate. Mukha namang ok yung kausap ko kaya baka next week ako mag down sa kanila.

I'm eying Makati Cinema Square branch para half-way sa mga guests coming from south and north.
Iisa lang ba suppliers lahat ng branch? Sino bang supplier nila for balloons, cake and hosting para sana makapag-inquire  ako at maka-pagcompute na . generic theme lang kasi ang balak ko.

^ang host sis crew lang nila. Pwede ka naman magdala ng sarili mo na host afaik. Ang cake, iko's ang supplier nila. May sis tayo na d ok ang experience sa cake at nahassle sya ng sobra pero infairness rin sa iko's, maayos naman ang cupcakes nila.

Confirm na yung reservation ko sa shakeys malate 
I get their party amenities, which i think is ok naman. For my theme which is pinwheel is generic kaya pinayagan naman ako

sa mga sisses natin sa cavite, i just went in their Bacoor Cavite Branch, yung bagong gawa, ang ganda! very spacious, well lit, may bar, saka may funzone..parang ang sarap magpaparty doon..

would someone here know which of the Shakey's branches are company owned... sayang din kasi yung free giant pizza and 2000 tokens at the fun zone for the guests.

when i inquired with shakey's i learned also that they're gonna change their theme this year. sana maganda pa rin ang theme na ipalit.

just signed a contract kanina at shakeys tomas morato. fully booked na kasi sa quezon ave. ayun may free giant pizza kami. walang tokens kasi walang fun zone dun. i wonder paano kaya mauubos ang giant pizza. lol.

at free host din, even if hindi mo i-avail ang ammenities
