snowball, pinapa reevaluate ko nga sa brother ko if buffet ba or plated nalang... basta whichever they decide on, kelangan malaki ang food buffer kasi lunch ang party. biggest meal of pinoys ata ito? hehe

marose, ako naman can eat the pizza maski di thin crust. yung iced tea lang talaga di ako umiinom. gusto ko lang red iced tea ng tokyo tokyo.   

btw sana oks na venue mo. nung nasa toys r us ako nakita ko mga TMNT toys naalala nga kita.

^ Talaga?!  Meron sa TRU?  We bypassed TRU in Robinsons Magnolia yesterday kasi school bags and school shoes ang hinanap namin.

Mas gusto ng boys ko house party with few of their friends lang daw.  But then again, they like the arcade at Shakey's Katips.

@twelve5 and caprice didnt mean anything bad on my post or to offend anyone. it was just feedback. wrong choice of words maybe on my side and i dont have anything against shakeys employees hosting the party and the program. i was just sharing 

for those to celebrating your son/daughter's bday in shakeys - go for it. and honestly im recommending them not just here but to my friends and relatives as well.
as what were mentioned before by the others, theres nohing wrong with their host,loot bags and program included in the package - theyre all nice.and suppliers i had before were recommended by shakeys.

disadvantage lang talaga is the corkage esp sa branches na strict

^ oh, i know naman that it was just an honest opinion. its also good kasi to hear from others, not just from the parents of the celebrant.

mejo na concern lang ako kasi my nephew's 1st bday would be simple by today's standards (if there's such). we feel kasi he's not ready yet for a long and "maingay" na party. if my side of the family lang masusunod, we'll just have a family only celebration.

@spoiled_brat, naku binasa ko tuloy ulit ang post mo wala naman ako makitang malisya or feeling nagpapabongga na gusto mo hangaan ka sa sinabi mo sis.

Nung nagparty anak ko sa shakey's (3rd bday) yung isa sa pinaka-importante na elemento ng party, ang host, e crew na naka-assign sa store. Kung magsalita e parang lahat ng words may letter H poh, akoh, bhoy sobrang bakya pero sigeH lang pa-start kasi ng jejemon yata nun 2009.

Ang offensive ng ibang games (e.g. Longest line according sa waistline, sa age - e  hindi naman lahat magkakakilala so magtatanungan e baka meron matured looking pero bata pa pala d ba? Tapos sya ang mauuna sa line, magkokomento pa ang host. Ang harsh na experience sa bisita d ba?) I tucked away that info na  no more jologs hosts sa future. Pero nung time na yun na nagpaparty hindi ako na-upset.  Nag-enjoy na lang ako kasi nandun na I managed my expectations lang.

Yung lootbag e dora theme lang na binili sa divi pero ang contents e nilagay ko yun sa shakey's nag-add lang ako ng kaunti wala kasing edible yun sa shakey's.

And yes, isa ako sa naniniwala na walang masama kung puros sa shakey's lang ang party items (or puro jollibee/mcdo lang) kasi yun nga ang reason bakit nag-offer sila ng party packages para stress free na sa parents

Nag evolve lang masyado ang kiddie parties naging benchmark pa mga anak ng celebrities    
 
@twelve5, I know exactly what you mean sis. Parang kakaiba na mga kiddie parties ngayon at thankful ako I have friends na nagsasabi sa akin na kiddie party ang piniprepare ko kahit 7th pa (I almost paid the DP @1esplanade buti  na lang kinatok ako sa ulo nila pinkpotato, marose, atbp)


Anyway, isa sa napansin ko kapag FF party hindi sanay ang crew/host magdistribute ng prizes immediately after the games. Best siguro if you will assign someone else para dito. Ilang parties na napuntahan namin na nagtatanong daughter ko bakit iba nakuha nya sa ibang ka-team nya, worse e panlalaki ibinigay sa kanya dahil nilista names ng winning team tapos nun nagdistribute ben 10 ang binigay kasi male sounding name sya.

^yup, nung february 2 pa. wala naman ako masyadong makwento kasi ours was a very simple party. ok naman yung host, si Kelvin. pero ayaw nila pagamit yung mascot sa akin kasi basag-basag na yung sa chin. sabi ko ok lang, ma-experience lang na may mascot. pero sa bill, hindi nila charge yung mascot. 750 rin yun.

^ ok lang no kwento kasi ako din walang maku-kwento after. i wont be able to attend my nephew's party kasi im out of the country.  . taga research lang ako.

buti naman di ka binill for the mascot. sayang din yun.

plan to have my daughter's part at shakey's quezon ave.
MMD din i-avail ko, pero will make sure na hindi mabitin guests sa food. may nakapag suggest din kasi pwedeng mag add ng rice para dun sa mahilig sa rice (pinoy eh) 

madali rin naman daw mag add ng additional MMD if ever kulang. sa packge or plated meal as per party coordinator sa shakey's if for example 30 package D order at pina book mo in excess of 30 may additional charge (tax) na.

if ever magpapa birthday party ako, i-consider ko din ang shakey's. gusto ko kasi food dito. importante din sa akin na mabusog ang mga bisita ko, kaya if ever magdagdag ng additional food para walang di bitin.

ask ko [textspeak!], dati kasi nag-attend kami ng anak ko ng party dito. yung food na serve, chicken with rice, pero walang gravy. when i asked the waiter for the gravy, sabi sa akin, wala daw kasi di kasama dun sa order nung nagpa-birthday. ganun ba talaga?

Nakapagbooked na kami at shakeys tomas morato branch for my daugther's 1st birthday sa july hehe excited much lang...dapat sa quezon ave kami kaso magunder renovation daw sila sa july sabi ng main office nila...
