I visited my friend who lives in Flair Towers in Mandaluyong. The place is nice! Daming common areas kaya kahit saksakan ng liit unit nya, hinde sya compelled to just stay there.

We passed by Flair and it seems nice. The area doesn't seem accessible though and the streets are super dark at night.

Flair has so many common areas where the residents can dine and hang out. Yun lang, mejo ok pa ngayon kase hinde pa fully turned over lahat ng units kaya hinde pa congested.

Oh that's so small nga for a family na may bedroom pa. We have studio same sqm but no partition gives it space.

I guess it is nice to have common areas if that's the case. Kami kasi we like being in our unit so I got curious sa statement☺

Medyo masikip ngayon for 3 people, tapos 1 bedroom pa. Tingin ko di naman masyado mapa-populate yung common areas eh, kung dumami man yung tao bihira lang yung days na ganun

Kung malaki ang sqm pwede din naman lalo na pag minimalist living kayo. Pansin ko lang kasi sa metro usually sa ibang condo ay shoe box type ang mga studio units maliit masyado.



Meron ba dito buyer ng Torre De Manila? DMCI is under so much heat over it pero confident sila kasi wala pa daw ruling ang SC.
Eyesore talaga yung building but I also feel for the owners who got already got units there.

I think wala na dapat pang ibang bayaran aside from association dues and your consumption of utilities like water, electricity.

mga sis, mag ask lang ako. megaworld condo - usual ba na may move-in fees? and lahat ba chinacharge nun? Malaki rin kasi.  sa ibang condo developers may ganun din ba? they charge the movein fees before processing the move-in clearance.
