^Wow, Kristalle, ganun na ba kanipis ang flooring ng mga condo's nowadays that you can feel/hear pounding? tapos ang mamahal pa ng mga condo's now at 100k-200k/sqm. Ang hirap lang mag complain kasi they are within their unit, it's within the limits. Are pets allowed in your condo? Maybe you can do something to your ceiling instead?

I'm not into prestigious thingies, I wanted to stay in a place that can comfort me in a way, something to relieve the stress from work. And a resort-like place is what I'm looking for, like dmci's projects. I've seen their projects and imagined how relaxing it is to stay in their units.

You can go far in 15M. You can buy a 2M unit in DMCI-if that's your preffered developer

^ 15M lang ako sis. Gusto ko pati sana sa tapos na. May mas mabababa pa namang units ang dmci diba basta Taguig area lang.

If gusto mo talaga sa DMCI Taguig, currently may available na isang 3BR w/ parking slot sa midrise ng Rosewood at meron ding 3BR sa high rise. Meron din sa Cypress pero mas prefer ko sa Rosewood. Pasok din sila sa current promo na 10% DP in 6 months so hindi masyadong mabigat at may time pa para magprocess ng loan if bank financing.

hindi naman "manipis" but bothersome kasi lalo na at tahimik ang place. Or we are sensitive to noise din talaga. I can hear pounding of the ball bouncing on the floor. Our former neighbor na seniors in our village dati, they lived in a townhouse in front of our house, ganyan din reklamo nila sa katabi nilang unit, basketball din sa wall naman nila. I think people who have lived in similar situation can exactly pinpoint what i mean. Faint sound pero medyo bothersome.

Right now, dedma na lang muna ako. I have noticed na wala na yung noise. I think it only happens on weekends kaya pinalampas na lang namin plus mga bata pa.

^i can totally relate to this. Even the moving/dragging of furniture naririnig namin from the unit above us. Minsan madaling araw tapos sunod-sunod pa as if they were arranging furniture pieces at 12mn onwards.  Dedma lang kami sa ganyan kasi given na yan sa condominium units unless habitual na. You can really hear things beside and above your unit. We can't even use our home theater. Hehe! 😋

Really? Anong name nya? Aba moving up na ang DMCI ah. Buti naisip nila magtayo sa makati kasi parang dun na lang yung kulang plus, madami din naghahanap ng unit dun. Too bad I already got a unit sa Acacia Estates.

It is a lottery, as in literally draw lots among the brokers/agents, on who gets to reserve first since may case na ang isang unit ay may 2 or more clients na interested.

Ay oo balitaan ko din yan mga ilang araw na. Nakit ko na yung mga model pics oh well mukhang maging maganda. At ang inaasahan nga ay marami talagang kukuha ng unit sa Brio Towers sa pre-selling period kasi nga daw marami talagang naghahanap ng condo unit sa Makati under DMCI. Yeah my preferred developer is DMCI talaga. Kasi I'm currently staying sa Mayfield and naging maayos naman talaga stay ko dito. Project din ng dmci. San ka kumuha ng unit mo sis?

Pwede niyo naman ireklamo yan sa PMO niyo sis. Masakit naman talaga sa ulo yan lalo na sa gabi no. Tapos ganon pang tahimik. Bothersome talaga.

Where exactly is that arca south? And anong company ang developer. I prefer DMCI kasi ee.

Nice. A lot of people I've talked to to ask kung sang location pa ba maganda kumuha ng unit  ang sabi sa Makati nga daw. Karamihan nga daw sa kanila ang hanap dmci pero ayun wala pang condo ang dmci noon sa Makati so they ended up buying their units sa Taguig. So ayun nga marami talaga naghahanap ng condo sa Makati. So I guess madali siguro mauubos yang unit pagdating ng bentahan o ano ba tawag dun? pre-sell.

i've always wanted a unit sa makati kaya lang walang dmci! Good thing that they're working on this! I'm thinking of moving here na tuloy
