Oo mas maganda kung ikaw mismo magpunta doon pwede naman siguro magpa alalay ka. I mean magpa tour ka inside the property. Then after nun siguro maganda kung manghingi ka ng comments ng mga current people na nakatira doon.

meron pa naman sa Taguig pero super high end and they wont start building it unless you pay around 20% of equity.  Price starts at 18M if I have not mistaken and iilan na rin lang ang natira.

Haha Sorry sis. I'm not mad. Sorry yun lang kasi ang alam ko by that time pero nung vinisit ko yung website ng dmci I found out na hindi lang pala yung dalawang yun ang project nila dyaan sa Taguig. Kung high end yan parang mababa na yung 15M. Tama ba ako @cheezecake?

15 to 18M for pre-selling is the average price for high-end developments/developers. There are plenty of factors to consider before one can say that a condo development is high-end.

@catnip... if your price range is 15M for an RFO unit, may I suggest you look at Alveo and Ayala Premier for comparison. Some of the older units in One and Two Serendra are in that price range already. Mas central din ang locations nila. I think Arya Residences are good also. Not sure about the price range kasi every time I pass by their showroom, lagi akong in a hurry. Tara puntahan natin? LOL!

^Tama ka nga naman. Di lang price ang dapt iconsider, kasama din dapat ang amenities, quality pwede rin ang location at ang pangalan ng kumpanya. haha

^Ang laki nga naman pala ng budget mo @catnip, ang problema mo na eh yung pagpili mo. Pasok na din ang budget mo sa Ayala. Ano pa bang units dyan sa Taguig, alam ko meron din dyan ang SMDC. Pero ang akin DMCI ee. Taguig din yun.

15M will get you somewhere. Why not a more prestigious brand like Federaland's Grand Hyatt Residences? I think this is in The Fort too. The Grand Hyatt brand is spectacular, for me anyway. I have stayed in Grand Hyatt Seoul once and it was amazing.

I'm not into prestigious thingies, I wanted to stay in a place that can comfort me in a way, something to relieve the stress from work. And a resort-like place is what I'm looking for, like dmci's projects. I've seen their projects and imagined how relaxing it is to stay in their units.

ang sabi ko lang, kung may 15M ka na budget, bakit sa DMCI pa when you can buy a unit na high end like that Hyatt condo. And definitely, kung resort like hanap mo offered by DMCI, for sure, mas relax ka sa ambience ng Hyatt, di lang basta resort kundi five-star resort, plus your neighbors would be the affluent type na di magulo.

Pls. advise me. Right now, I am having a headache with a unit upstairs of us. Their younger children plays basketball inside their unit and pounding ang sound dito sa unit ko sa baba nila. It's my bedroom pa naman, directly under. And minsan sa gabi nila ginagawa. Gosh, type ko na sugurin ang either the unit upstaiirs or the PMO. Which one should I go to?
