Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 4

^haggang 3 tries lang bro, then I either have the option to hold a learner's for 90 days or complete a course na accredited ng DMV befre I can take the driving test again. valid pa for 6 months yung written tests ko so I have until june to make sure maipasa ko na yung driving. I swear bro, I made a full stop sa stop sign yet he said I didn't daw. he said I also drove sa wrong lane which i swear i didn't otherwise nakdale n sana ako ng car sa parking lane. first try ko automatic failure kasi I overspeed. kainis haha!
Sa MN ako btw. Kaya sa mga sis natin jan, if you are planning to drive here, better take some driving lessons jan satin while waiting for your NOA2. Just to keep sane (lol!), to pass time and it is helpful talaga if you already know the basics.

Makikita mo sa DMV sheet ang mga error mo, may mga major violation dyan na pag nagawa mo ay automatic fail ka, like when you hit a curb when turning, or overspeeding, or even pag hindi mo pinaraan ang pedestrian muna, mga major offense yan, that can lead to an automatic failure,...

Better drive around a place na hindi gaanong matao, in order to get a feel ng mga traffic lanes and rules nila, and it pays to PRAY a lot, masyado ang kaba ko sa actual ko nun, I think 2 error na lang ako ay fail na rin ako nuon, buti at wala ng error na nakita, you'll be fine, just be comfortable behind the wheel, and show the instructor that you know what you're doing,... Use the side mirrors, the rear view mirror, and USE your neck talaga, show the instructor that you are turning your neck in looking sa blind sides mo, importante yun, good luck,..!

^ ay naku bro, correct! jan niya ako dinale sa blind sides ko, i didn't turn daw, e i even turned from my seat to look behind me, tapos left, right, then left again. failed pa rin sa kanya. i know naman na they are just doing their jobs. etong second try ko dun ako nadale sa blind sides at stop signs. 8 points each so 16 na e diba sa dmv 15 or less ang passing? I wish we also have a thread for that here. dmv license, ssn cards, and o evaluation of transcripts din pala for employment.

^goodluck sayo sis, kaya mo yan basta huwag lang kalimutan yung mga importante like yung fully stop ka dapat sa mga stop sign, yung speed limit mo, tingin ka dapat sa likod kapag nag change ng lanes, isa iyan sa mga inoobserve nila kaya dapat alert ka palagi, and stay calm lang huwag masyado nerbyusin, and syempre Pray lang, anyway ako i have to visit DMV din, i have to change my license since we moved here in Cali for good, now i have to take written test daw to familiarize the law here in Cali, well Goodluck to me as well,lol, dumating na rin  pala dito yung Parents ko nung feb 1 sila dumating and after 1 week nakuha na namin SSN nila, thank you sa lahat ng mga advices and helpful/ informative post ng mga sissies/bro's natin dito, it really helps us a lot, btw more than 6 months lang ang yung overall processing ng petition nila, kaya Pasensya at tiyaga lang mga sis, God is good!

hello sisses, just wondering if anyone can advise me regarding my case. feeling ko isolated case to.

im a permanent resident in canada, got married in my past (in the phils) and got divorced as well (here in canada). my canadian citizenship application is on process as we speak. my boyfie is a us citizen. we're planning to get married this summer so i can move with him in the US hopefully early next year. will there be an issue if magoverlap yung petition for me to move to the us and yung citizenship application ko here in canada? i know both are processed in different offices pero baka kasi lumabas na conflict of interest eh. ang sa akin lang naman, it would be easier for me to travel anywhere kapag canadian passport na. fiancee visa is not an option as much as possible, its more expensive and kasi may us visit visa naman ako, plus to give time na rin for the citizenship process kasi sabi mas matagal ang processing pag spousal petition (ample time to process both, if possible) and also, i've been living here in canada for over 6yrs na, where do we submit the documents, to the country of citizenship ba (philippines, if hindi pa matapos agad ang process ng canadian citizenship ko) or country of residency (canada)? hope someone can answer my queries. tia!

^ oh yes, you're right. pero I kinda like their rules here, like how pedestrians have the right of way always. Stop signs and all. I do have some issues like when an old lady, like 70-ish up never stopped on the her stop sign and almost hit my front bumper. Pero it's for some other discussion naman na.

Btw, I heard from friends back home na mas mabilis na daw ang processing ng NOA2 ngayon ng VSC compared sa CSC? I always thought it's the other way around. I hope someone can share their experience from both service centers as of late.

^ hi sis, i dont know..it will be 7 months na tomorrow since hubby filed yung petition nya for me. Though dun naman sa forum ng visa journey, mejo normal pa tong waiting time namin. Marami pa ring august filers na di pa rin naaaprove. Haaay, nakaka.ungkot, nakakainip. Pero sa ngayon we are looking forward na lang muna sa vacation ni hubby dito next week.

According to VISA BULLETIN for April 2012, they are processing F2A category with December 15, 2010 priority date. perp pabago bago naman siya, pwedeng bumilis pwedeng bumagal depende sa case load nila

i know a family na kahit 28yrs old na nakuha pa rin sya ng parents niya (he's single) kasi yung visa niya was paid before he turned 21. his case was under child protection act (im not too familiar sa specifics) but i know it took them about 5yrs para mapasunod siya dito, and kailangan lumapit ng family sa congresswoman para mag move forward yung petition niya.

I just received a summon to become a jury, had to sent it back coz I'm not qualified yet,...
Only USC are allowed by law to become jury,...
