Ah antagal pala sis ha. Sabi kasi sa iba diro after 2 weeks lang may interview date na. Last january 2 ko lang na submit.

Siguro dahil dpa current yun priority date ni hubby,kaya waiting kami. [textspeak!] dito ang f2a category ang how many years bago nakapunta ang spouse sa usa? Curious lang ako kasi sabi 2years [textspeak!].TIA!

Grabe nag email na sila sis. Hiningan ako ng additionsl police clearance kasi nag iba iba ako ng address nung college at nag work na ako. Nakakaloka. Although nag submit na ako ng nbi at police clearance ng present address ko.

Ang saya ko grabe!!

Hubby phoned me at about 5am and told me to get up and check my facebook, I was thinking that someone posted an embarrassing post on my wall. I was barely awake while logging into my fb, and when I finally saw my wall, my husband posted our petition request - APPROVED! All of a sudden I started screaming and jumping! Hahaha! What a way to wake me up!

Here's our case update:

Nov 28, 2012 - Sent Form I-130 to Chicago Lockbox (via courier)
Dec 03, 2012 - Received Acknowledgement with ref. MSC-1390270275
Feb 06, 2013 - Received final decision as granted approval

Kami still waiting for the NOA2. Sana nga dumating na soon, 6 months na this february yung case namin. 

Hubby's coming next month, we're kinda hoping pa naman na makakasama nako sa kanya pagbalik sa US.

since you are married, kelangan maging US citizen muna si mom mo bago kayo ma petition and you will be in F3 category. it's going to be a long wait. petitions that are currently being processed are those that have been approved in 22AUG92.

It was a notice that our papers have been forwarded to National Visa Center in New Hampshire
I797 action - Approval of Notice

We have to wait for another 1 month. Does it mean they will contact the Embassy here in Singapore as well? pano na next nito?

Thanks sissy! Now we're waiting for the advice of NVC for visa, and the schedule for interview with the consulate.

sis xylene pasensiya na hinde pa ako makareply thru private message at hinde ako makapagpost the past weeks due to (textspeak) sis umuusad naman papel namin waiting na lang ng interview awa ng Diyos. wag ka magalala sis padating na noa2 mo.

sis jhez patience talaga para sa mahal natin ako din naghintay sa kanya since 2005 pa nagstart relationship namin 2002. mahirap pero pag magkasama na kayo worth it naman lahat...

Good luck sa mga sis natin, don't lose hope, baon lang ng maraming-maraming patience. Along the way meron talaga mga tao na magtetest sa pasensiya natin. But as long as you did everything the NVC/USCIS instructed and your papers are in order then there's no reason para i-deny nila mga petition natin. 
OT lang, kainis, 2 times na akong failed sa DMV driving test. ang higpit masyado pero I can't argue naman kahit obvious na hindi ko ginawa yung violation. Oh well, try and try again tutal wala naman bayad each time may driving test eh!

It takes a little bit of luck para maipasa mo ang driving test,
and as long as you drive really carefully and defensively, you'll pass it,...
sana lang maka-tyempo ka ng mabait na tester, also, I think one more failure ay
uulit ka ng written exam ulit,.. so good luck,...
