Hi mga sis, na petition ko Parents ko all at the same time,silang dalawa, sa may mga experiences na dito,pag dating ba dun sa loob ng embassy ,separate room ba sila? I mean isa-isa lang or sa isang room sabay sila ma interview? TIA

pa add lang, aside sa mga needing document sa Interview,ano pa yung mga pwede dalhin nila or hingin sa kanila? kailangan pa ba ng mga pictures or kahit ano? and kailangan pa ba sila mag attend nung seminar ba yun kahit na my parents are 50 years old?if yes, kailan ba pwede gawin yung seminar na yun, hay pasensiya na dami tanong, na te-tense/excited na kasi ako,lol, This month na medical ng Parents ko and 1st week ng January yung interview nila, Praying so hard na maging smooth and clear yung medical and interview nila,God Bless us all...

Quick question, F2B ako and magpapa change status na sila mother from LPR to USC.
I want to opt out sa automatic transfer of status (kung ano man tawag dun)...

I need to send a letter diba? Ang tanong, saan? Embassy dito sa UAE or sa Manila?

Am not to particular sa current status ng mga yan ha,...
Pero marami rin akong naririnig na mas pinipili nila na mag-stay sa category ng F2B
coz mas gumagalaw pa sya kesa sa bagong category na pupuntahan nya,
do check it muna kung mas mapapabilis ka, or you might end up waiting much more,...

f1 = 08OCT97

Ma reretain yung PD ko as 2007 pero aatras naman yung current priority by 5 years.
di lang ako sure kung saan ako dapat mag request. Nandito kasi ako sa Dubai at umuuwi lang ako sa pinas for a couple of weeks.

@sis khat, when I petition my parents. Hindi naman sila separate sis. Together sila in-ninterview. And they attended the CFO seminar. I think it's mandatory to have a CFO seminar. They did their seminar after they got their VISA. Good Luck on your parents sis!

Hi mga sis and bro!

It's been 4 months since nafile yung petition sakin ni hubby ( he's a USC),  sa mga nababasa ko 6 to 8 months ang processing. Yung timeline na yun ba ay approval pa lang? Wala pa ba dun yung time ng medical at interview? I know months na lang hihintayin namin pero ganito pala yung feeling,everytime na may development hintay ng hintay.  I can't wait na matapos to, gusto ko na makasama hubby ko 

By the way, by this time ano na ba dapat ang mga pineprepare ko,whether documents or anything else?

My Mom had her interview yesterday and got approved! I'm stoked nonetheless.  And as for her timeline it took a lil over 7 months from start to finish.

Dec 03, 2012 - Received Acknowledgement with ref. MSC-1390270275

Hi mga sis! I was interviewed last dec3, got approved and I received my visa yesterday. Thank you Lord!
Btw, for reference, here's our timeline. I was under CR1 but since at the time of interview e were more than 2 years married na, my visa category is already IR.

2012
June 18 – The I-130 packet was received by the USCIS
21 – Application/petition was routed to California Service Center (Receipt of NOA 1, as commonly known)
Aug 17 – Received NOA 2 (approval of application)
Sept 13 – Received letter from NVC (for payment of AOS fee and assignment of agent)
26 – Received letter from NVC (for payment of IV fee and submission of IV application form)
Oct. 1 – NVC received our DS-230
3 – NVC acknowledged receipt of I-864 (AOS)
17 – called NVC, case complete and awaiting interview date
23 – received letter that case is complete
Nov. 6 – received email of interview date
12 – medical at SLEC (passed!)
Dec. 3 – Interview at USEM (approved!)
7 – VISA received!

Malaki ba talaga difference ng processing times between services centers? Yung sayo pala sa California, mine kasi sa Vermont.

Hi sis, it's nice pag meron kang nami-meet na pareho mo ng situation. Haaay, dadaan ulit ang holidays na magkalayo kami. But anyway, months na lang naman ang hihintayin. Mixed feelings din,though excited ako to be with my husband nalulungkot naman akong isipin din na iiwanan ko yung parents ko dito sa pinas. So right now, I'm making the most of out remaining months here with them.

pinadala ko lahat ng required documents na kinailangan sa NVC, and i understand na ifo-forward nila yun sa embassy, question ko lang sa mga na interview, nagdala pa rin ba kayo ng original copy ng mga documents niyo like birth,marriage certificates,nbi etc..kahit nabigay na lahat ng kailangan documents sa NVC? @sis xylene, thanks! And regarding service centers, I'm not sure ha pero mas madami akong naririnig na complaints sa VSC na mas matagal daw processing nila compared sa CSC.

@sis khat, during my interview, I still brought original and photocopies of those civil docs. Just to be on the safe side. Sabi ko mas ok na yung madami akong dala and Hindi naman nila need, kesa masurprise ako na they ask for it and I don't have it. Per my experience, pictures Lang namin ni hubby ang ni request nilang makita the rest of the docs na they have na, Hindi na nila hiningi Ulit. Bring cenomar. Yung girl before me nagdelay yung issuance ng visa niya kasi wala siya g cenomar e the CO asked for it.

hi everyone, sis xylene pareho tayo nagfile ng I130 si hubby nung august pero wala pa din noa2 kakalungkot kasi 9 years na kami as bf gf 6 yrs long distance we just got married last year he got his naturalization cert 5 months ago.sana naman may noa2 na tayo before yuletide season.

sis police clearance can be secured in any municipality, e.g Makati City hall, Manila City hall. They have police clearance there.  NBI clearance or Police clearance will do.
