sa mga sissess, sabi ng ate ko may malapit daw sa kanila na warehouse ng granite, nasa 165/piece, pupuntahan nya this week, gusto ko ipalagay sa terrace ng bahay namin, sa novaliches yung warehouse.

katatapos lan ng house renovation project namin sa province. the house was actually bought from a tita who decided to stay with her son so we got it at bargain price. spent around 200k including house purchase and furnitures inside  (some are old ones). still have some items to change pero for now ok na muna livable na .

you can use the tv cabinet as divider ng dining area at sala, para yung sala set mo you can put in the corner. tas mas luluwag ang sala mo..parang may formal sala at informal hehe

May nakita akong website this is not mine ha....

pag nasa stage ka ng pag bubudget it may help kasi may mga prices ang mga products at least may baseline ka ng cost estimate.  Pwedeng mas mahal ito kaysa sa ating neighborhood market pero at least magkaka idea us how much.

Sya nga pala sis notice lang di ba delikado sa area nyo ang security, notice kasi walang grills yung sliding window.  Madali kasi sya maopen ng masamang loob, dito sa aming subd sa marilao meron nalooban, now nagpa grills na din sya, pinalitan nya kasi ang window nila ng sliding.

i just have a quick question.. given that you already have a titled lot, is 1 million enough to construct a a 2 storey house (let's say.. 2 bedrooms?) with a very simple, minimalistic (zen-inspired) design?

kakapa kabit ko pa lang ngnew back door namin. 3600 yung tanguile na door, 1500 yung tanguile na hamba, 350 delivery, 2000 isntallation kasi tinanggal pa old door eh. okay naman ako sa door pero hindi ako okay sa nagkabit kasi parang di naman pulido ang work. hayy...ang hirap talaga makahanap ng contractor na pulido gumawa. never an ako naka encounter ng ganun, parang yung tito ko lang na nag paint ng house ko. siguro dahil may concern kasi relative?

Yung sa tiles at bakod di ako nagalingan, pati yung kawayan na buho na bakod hindi okay. Yung gate naman pala na nag install okay lang rin magaling pala.

they say that a bare house construction would cost 10k per sqm to build so multiply that by the floor area you want. mas mahal ang finishing.

^Sissess, how about the  paint expenses, similar din ba ang estimate per square meters at sang hardware mura ang pintura? Totoo ba na mura kapag rainy season?

simple house 22thou per sqm. Wala pa furniture , curtains at landscape.

dito samin i heard dun sa mga nagpagawa ng inside unit nila, told me nasa 140k daw nagastos all in more or less lang.. with tiles,partition,paint,etc... 44sqm ito.. pero samin malaki na inabot di pa 100% tapos.. depende talaga sa gagawa na contractor parin..

may tanong ako... magkano ang singilan ng pagpapagawa ng complete plan if the architect is:

1. not a board passer
2. a board passer but has expired license
3. licensed

may ofcmate kasi akong gusto magpagawa ng complete plan, and tingin ko naman may mga architects naman na kahit hindi board passer magaling gumawa ng plans, I just want to know kung ano ang range ng singilan nila. may kilala kasi akong architect,  (parang hindi pa nga ata board passer), paso ang license pero feeling ko ang singil nya ng parang licensed eh.

an architect i know, he was featured in a magazine already, charges 60k for plan, but charges for construction and materials at 20-25k per sqm

^^i just wanna know the range, of course I wouldn't know at first if yung hindi licensed is better that the one who's licensed, for me kasi, mas may karapatan maningil ng tama ang licensed kesa sa hindi, otherwise, bakit kailangan pang magboard kung pare-parehas lang naman din ang singil di ba? tingin ko kasi, unfair naman sa mga talagang practicing professional architects kung papatas ng singil yung ibang hindi licensed di ba?
