@gorgeous_mommie, sa amin din nasa 140th pesos, typical townhouse lang din.

Inner works including materials and labor (ako na ang bumili ng materials at nagtawad sa mga hardwares)

Works included:

• Ceiling and partition (2nd floor - divided into  2 bedrooms)
• Tiles (1F & 2F)
• Built In Cabinets (Masters & daughter's room)
• Paint (1F & 2F)
• Electrical Works (added outlets too)
• really nice lighting fixtures

ilang gallons sis ang nagamit nyo na paint?at ilan araw nagpinta sa inner nyo? thanks..

5 days lahat sis, pero halos umabot ng 8 days kasi may back jobs na hindi pulido.  Hindi kasi namin nabantayan kasi nagwowork kami at wala kaming tao on site yung foreman din lang.

ichecheck ko yung resibo ko sis kung ilang galons.

Sa september naman ako papagawa ng extension at gate at bakod na bakal...i will update here....malayo layo pa naman...sana hindi magtaas ang presyo ng mga materyales.

mura lang sis mga 2k+ per box.. buy ka per box wag meter kase mas makakamura ka.
always check your neighborhood hardware store for comparison. then search for nearby factory of it.
dito kase sa dasma merong factory so mas mura, yun nga lang it takes a while to get your orders.

Ito sis just for reference purposes.  Dyan ako tumitingin ng price eh pero syempre mas mura pa din sa mga neighborhood hardware natin.

Yung isang box daw kasi ng #12 stranded wire is 150 meters daw so natanong namin sa DIY is 4,300 tapos sa isang hardware pumapatak na 4,200. =/

^^we're planning to start the house construction mid next year and according to our architect (hubby's brother) nasa 18 to 20K plus per sqm na ang house construction (we're here in cebu).. depende sa materials na gusto mo (and maybe depende din sa contractor? )

Yung kumare ni mama nagpagawa dito sa bulacan. Pulido at maganda daw, 40sq meters up and down at may balcony, naka750k daw.

hindi ba delikado ang 36 sq m pagawan ng 3 floors tapos may roof top ganun kasi sa friend ko.  Hindi ko lang sure kung magkano pagawa nya

No sis as long as yung mga poste naman or foundation ay maayos ang gawa.

^steel frame sis matibay? yun ang nakikita ko dati sa extreme makeover yun ata ang uso.  Yung foundation ba puro semento yun?  Wala kasi ako idea sa home construction.  Thanks.

I-beam ata yung sinasabi mo, yes yan ang ginagamit ng iba kase mas madali sya, mas mapapabilis ang construction time.

yes sis thru welding un, pero need ng concrete pedestal footing. with plates... looking ka pa po ba ng contractor sis?
