Definitely! My skin is at its worst now because of so much stress.
I shop, therefore I am.

Yes. Stress causes an imbalance in your hormones. Hormonal imbalance results in breakouts.

Yes. Stress affects my sleep and the amount of sleep I get is definitely seen on my skin. Whenever I am on nightshift my skin is horrible. Whenever I come back from a long vacation, people tell me I'm blooming,

Yes. I was plagued with sickness and bad skin when I was stressed. Now that I am no longer with my previous employment, my over-all wellness has definitely improved. I can say that I am healthier.

yes. chain reaction yan eh. there are certain gawains that comes with stress - like lack of sleep, appetite, sobrang pag-iisip, etc. di lang lumalabas and epekto ang glow ng skin. sometimes, it also contributes to hairloss diba and other problems.

It is scientifically proven that stress can lead to health and skin problems. It is immaterial whether I believe it or not.

^^^ That's true.

There are a number of studies that show how stress is directly related to gaining fat on the belly.

Yes! Heck stress can even give you health problems.

God is forever good! :) I trust Him with all of my heart...

When I was in 4th year high school, finals season, bigla nalang ako nagkaroon ng madaming pantal. As in parang madaming lamok ang kumagat sa akin from neck down. After a few days, ayun, nawala lang siya. I figured it was stress siguro, since last exams of my last year in HS na ang haharapin ko, and I was vying for honors din.

ako rin ang dami ko biglang butlig sa legs ko and arms na parang kagat ng lamok. matagal na siya, more than a month. when I was pregnant wala naman to, when we moved in to my in laws house biglang naglabasan. akala ko nga dahil sa water dito pero parang sakin lang lumabas toh tapos grabe na naman hair fall ko sobrang dami. I tend to over think kaya di ako makatulog sa gabi. lagi ko iniisip future, in short parang sinestress ko rin sarili ko. hayy pero oo stress can lead to health or skin problems. laki rin ng tinaba ko dati when I started working.
