^sis ako nag upgrade ng plan but hindi naman nade activate yung sms and calls ko. Bb service lang.

May I rant lang din? Last night meron akong EDGE signal pero hindi ako makabrowse tweet at fb but I can send bbm.until this morning ganon sobra talaga globe!and may I add lang wala pa din confirmation text nila about my nicki minaj tickets!

Iba iba sinasabi ng account specialist. May nagsabi na dapat hindi nadeactivate ang SMS and calls ko, meron naman paulit ulit na nagsasabi na the reason for my service disruption is because of the plan upgrade. Basta ako, sa hassle and stress that they gave me because of this plan upgrade, wala na akong balak na magpa-upgrade ng plan sa kanila ever.
Ang nakakainis pa, naka-lock in na naman ako sa kanila for another 2 years because of this plan upgrade. Hay...

^same here. sa bahay ko mahina ang signal ng 3G. akalain mo at need ko pang lumabas ng bahay para mag load yung pages? one week na rin na within metro manila ang  bagal ng 3G connection. sayang naman ang pag ka unli ng plan ko

Dami nagtweet kahapon na nawalan sila ng 3G.

I called globe re their poor signal. I was advised to turn off the 3G muna since they have an ongoing enhancement in several parts of metro manila. Sana, sana talaga they advise us muna of such upgrades via text para naman di rin sila bombarded with irate subscribers (like me). 

Ilang days ng intermittent ang signal. Pero yung katabi ko, okay naman sa kanya. Bakit ganun??? unfair!

Lastly, GLOBE=nakaka sira ng relationships!

i'm sooo disappointed with Globe!!!! super poooooor signal na nga mali pa ang pagprocess ng payment!!! i always pay on time, nagulat ako when they emailed my bill, may overdue payment ako! so i checked my last receipt and to my dismay, mali yung account number!!!! but the weird thing is tama yung account name! i paid at their sm branch, this is the 1st time this happened to me. i called their customer service a while ago and they told me that this seems to be a NORMAL case, yung iba yung napapasok na account number. but i asked them bakit hindi ba nila nakikita na iba yung account name & mobile number from the account number??? after so many minutes of being on hold, the guy told me that apparently they are "updating" their system now and hindi ma access  ang accounts so he can't do anything about it! wtf!!!!

Before smart gamit ko for my BB, kaso naiinis din ako bihira ako makapag check in sa fb at most of the time wala din ako signal. Nakakainis wala atang matinong bb service dito sa pinas!

Anyone avail their promo about nicki minaj tix?nakakainis ha 1 week na wala pa din nagtitext sakin!

akireyhoj - mas matino sa Globe and Sun ang BIS ng Smart in terms of speed. 3G speed ng Globe is comparable to Smart's 2G. yung billing lang ang problematic sa Smart that's why I got a BB plan with Globe.

kung hindi lang doble ang subscription sa full BIS ng Smart (add-on) and hindi sobrang restrictive yung Blackberry plan ng Smart (hindi pwedeng gumamit ng wifi at all if subscribed sa plan na to), I would go back to Smart in a heartbeat.

even sa remote/coastal areas ng Bicol, Smart remains unbeatable.

^sis prepaid smart lang kasi gamit ko pang BIS. I can use wifi kahit naka BIS ako

^even sa BB add-on and BB all-in add-on (postpaid) nila, walang problema sa paggamit ng wifi while subscribed to BIS.

meron kasi ang Smart na Blackberry all-in plan - plan 800 ang entry level na plan which is Php 549 for the full BIS and Php 251 yung consumable but the thing is, under this plan, you are barred from using wifi at all.

as a postpaid consumer who seeks for a better BIS provider, Smart leaves me so little option at all.
