^they dont accept passbook as a requirement sis. kailangan proof of income talaga + other requirements like government IDs, proof of billing showing your name and address. if wala kang billing statement under your name,pwede utility bills kung saan ka nakatira, you need to present a letter of authorization

I hoped against hope that this day would not come. I didn't want to change my number of 14 years, but, because of very, very crap service for the past 2+ years, I am finally letting go of my Globe line. Will Smart be better (because definitely Sun cel is way crappier than Globe)? Let's see.

meron ba nakakaexperience sa inyo na pag nag ba browse using mobile browser ng pictures sa FB ang liit? akala ko nung una sakin lang ganon pero kay bf ganon din. nagask ako sa friend ko na naka BB pero naka sun sya sa kanya daw malaki pa din naman naviview nya.

went to globe yesterday, mag early renewal na sana ako kahit sa august pa ko pwede mag renew, bf wants kasi the new curve 9320. pero nung nagpunta kami don sabi di na pwede mag early renewal dapat daw 1 month before pa. nasad ako kasi 2 months ago nasa globe ako sabi pwede na daw ako mag renew hindi ko lang agad kinuha kasi curve 9300 yun phone. nagtry ako mag tweet sa globe about it sumagot sila 1 month before my contract expires nga daw pwede mag renew. now nagtry ako magrenew don sa blackberry curve site nila, wait ko pa kung anong mangyayari.

try to go to another GBC - minsan kasi iba iba ang policy ng bawat GBC.

^yep sis ganon nga  ginawa ko.

last thursday we went to ATC branch. pinaka ok talaga yung ATC branch nila for me. kahit mag 9pm na kami natawag non, ok pa din yung agent na kausap namin. mabait pa. she said pwede na ko mag renew but wala pa daw kasing stock ng 9320 wala pang sinasabi sa kanila kung when magkakaron ng stock, i upgraded my plan from 499 to 999 since same lang din naman nagagastos ko now (plan+bb max). she made a reference number and said call ako sa hotline ng globe to follow up kung meron na daw available stock ng 9320 then padeliver daw sa atc branch.

i called the hotline last monday, and the agent said na meron na daw available na phone for me. she said 5 working days bago madeliver sa ATC branch, so inaayos na nya but unfortunately, she needs to cut my bb max kasi expire nito is 21 then since upgrade plan ako i need to wait na magrenew yung BB service ko until 23. dalin nashocked ako at biglaan sinabi ko i'll call nalang on 21 since hindi ko kayang walang service (LOL). pero naiinip na ko kasi baka maubusan ako ng unit, nagdecide ako na tumawag uli now. i'll use other sim muna para makapag service.

tumawag ako kanina, and ayun nga yung napagkasunduan, cut my bb max service kasi pag hindi magrerenew yun so another 599 na naman, then sa 23 pa ko magkakaservice. I said sa ATC branch ideliver pero sabi nung kausap ko hindi daw pwede kasi usually yung mga dinedeliver sa branch is yung may cash out but since free phone ako delivery daw agad (see iba iba talaga sila ng sinasabi) kung gusto ko daw sa atc ideliver magfafax pa daw ako ng letter of request, will wait for their approval pa, i was hesistant kasi na sa office ideliver kasi I will transfer to another building but when she said monday na madedeliver pumayag na ko,so i gave my address. kinut nya agad yung bb max ko, then may nagtext sakin na transaction number. finally matatapos na din to ayoko na kasi makipag usap sa mga agents ng globe nakakainis eh nakakainit ng ulo.

by the way thursday before I went to ATC branch tumawag muna ko sa globe may nakausap ako parang lasing na parang taga kanto magsalita! basta nakakairita yung boses nya, she confirmed kasi pwede na ko magrenew ng contract tapos nung nagtry ako irenew na sa kanya sabi nya wala na daw yung promo nila sa 9320!as in sabi ko meron pa kaya sa website pinipilit nya na wala sa inis ko binaba ko nalang ayun buti nalang nagpunta ko sa atc branch.
