What is the difference between the mattresses sold at Mandaue Foam and Uratex, kung same price point (or say may 1k-3k difference)? Does it make a difference kung sinabing hotel quality - i.e., superior ba ang quality nun? Also, the thicker the better ba?

I checked Uratex's website and yung ibang mattress 5-yr warranty, yung iba naman 10 or 15. What does that mean? Orthocare, Purifoam and Safe & Clean all have 5-yr warranty.

Sis the one I'm eyeing is REM Martinique King size and it's about $3799 with flat foundation. I don't know if it's available in Pinas.


We're still using hubby's king size mattress he bought when he was still single, it was from Cannon's Heirloom collection but I don't think they're still selling it. It's soft and contours the body. The one we have in the guest room is medium-firm and it's good for my back, at least that's what I think.

two years ago i bought an ambassador bed, Heavenly.  may foam topper sya pero may pagka ortho ang dating nya sa likod ko.  susko, sakit ng tagiliran ko lagi sa kamang yun.  kaya nga i am thinking of getting a foam mattress na lang sana.  pero yung mga anak ko gustong gusto nila yung bed.  siguro it has something to do with age 

Maybe ibang level ng support ang kailangan mo for your mattress.  May different types of Ambassador mattresses naman with varying degrees of support.  I bought one and it has made such a difference.  Dati araw-araw super sakit ng likod ko, and hindi ako makatulog for more than 2 hours straight dahil sa sakit.  Nung ginagamit ko na yung mattress, mas mahimbing na yung tulog ko and hindi na halos sumasakit yung likod ko.

If I remember correctly, Grandeur yung model na binili ko.  It's 10 inches thick, and I bought this from BLIMS.  Yung models kasi na nasa SM e iba from the models na kinacarry ng BLIMS, iba yung thickness and yung support sa back.  Nung tumitingin kasi ako ng prices before buying, nakausap ko yung isang sales manager ng Ambassador mismo and he explained na yun yung reason bakit mas mura yung models sa SM.

I've been scouting for a queen size orthopedic matress, sa ambassador, all matresses nila ay orthopedic na pala. And they have an on-going promo until end of the month, 40% off plus may free pillows pa.

My in laws purchased a tempur bed for us, arriving in Dec/Jan. I can't wait for it to arrive! We tried out the different mattresses and got the semi-firm one. I had hubby lie down next to me and move around and I didn't feel anything. Hubby has a tendency to make jerking movements at night and I always wake up. We got the king USA size, there was enough space between us to comfortably sleep another adult, or two kids.

We also got pillows, I got the symphony as I'm a side and back sleeper. Hubby got the original. I love my pillow! No neck cricks or backaches since I've been using it!

Yung mom ko bumili ng tempur mattress and ang sarap higaan. When i came back from UK madali ako makatulog dito, sa uratex bed ko kasi inuumaga nako at hindi ako maka-adjust ng time kaya ayun lumilipat ako sa room nila. Hehe.

Purchased ombracio pillow as well and i try to bring it along pagumaalis ako sanay kasi ako matulog ng nakadapa

All in, with bed frame it cost 360K. We got the king XL, the biggest one they have. So if they have 36 months to pay, not bad na at 10K per month. But I think ours included a 10% discount as they paid in cash. I don't think the discount is applicable for installment.

Mattress was just delivered today! I'm so excited to go to sleep tonight!

they're really pretty stingy with the discount, even the principal before was encouraging them to give bigger discounts but ayaw nila.

We bought uratex sleep comfort. Ok naman sya. May memory foam sa ibabaw. 13500 ata bili namin queen size 8 in. With 2 therapoint pillows.
Sa mga may therapoint pillows, di ba kayo nahihilo sa amoy nya? We haven't used ours for 2 weeks na kasi di pa rin natatanggal yung strong smell.
