Was assigned in the NICU a lot of times back in college sis and ang normal na span ng time for a newborn to have jaundice is about a week or two, anything more than that, medyo naka-alert na sa doctors kaya usually if yung paninilaw still wont go away after, say 2 weeks, naka-ready na agad yung mga tests na gagawin sa baby to determine the cause ng paninilaw.
hi, newbie here and new mommy as well. my baby is currently in the NICU kasi kailangan niya matutukan ng billi light because of jaundice. nagkaganito na din ba babies niyo? ilang days tinagal nila? namimiss ko na kasi baby ko, 12 days old pa lang siya. and, hindi na ba pwede mag-breastfeed since isang factor yun kaya medyo nanilaw siya lalo? TIA for your replies.
^Continue lang sis with the sunlight exposure. We just continued with the sunlight exposure. Nawala din eventually. Oh, are you breastfeeding? The pedia asked me to stop breastfeeding for 2 days lang naman.
