For me tama Lang yung pricing. Why? 1) she uses fondant. Mas mahal ang fondant over other icings. 2) edible yung 3D topper. Yung quote nga sa akin ni gel colet for a 1 layer (8" or 10" in diameter) was Php 7-8k. This one is 2 tiers.

her designs are nice pero jun nga medyo nasa expensive side. but her cakes are really nice noh?

yung cake pwede pang pagisipan sis pero naman yung cupcake 380 each? yun ang di ko matake eh... kahit siguro manalo ako sa lotto hindi ko masikmurang gumastos ng 380 for a cupcake lang...impractical eh

Nag-reply na sa akin si Punky the other day. She set aside the date na daw for me, and then gave me her number in case I have questions. I sent her my order details na para ma-lock ko na siya and one less worry for me.

oh, i thought medyo napamahal pa kami sa birthday cake ng son ko, but when i read your post, i realized na swak naman pala ang price considering na my son's cake last october was 3-tiered (16, 12 and 8", all edible) with fondant icing and 3d topppers too and  paid 13k for it, dami ko kasi nakikitang super nice cakes made by manila/qc-based cake makers na less than 10k lang...i thought since we're here in cebu and there are only few of them who can really make nice cakes kaya they can demand for a higher price, di naman pala ganun

share ko lang...nag-inquire ako sa price ng cupcake (from another baker) and her quote was 150/piece, with 3d topper din, kala ko mahal na to, wala pa pala compared sa 380 so instead of cupcakes, nag-order na lang ako ng croquembouche

Yes I agree, mahal cupcakes niya. But as far as the pricing of the cake is concerned, Hindi naman siya nalalayo from the usual ongoing price. Plus her designs are really nice and makikita mong pulido talaga.

Hello mga sis!
I'm also preparing for my daughter's 1st b-day!  So far, yung Mrs Bakers & Baked Twinkles palang ang na-check ko sa Facebook sites nila.  Ang hirap mag-inquire ng mga details kasi walang readily available na product lists (including the various flavors na pwedi per item) and the price.

Gusto ko ng may fondant cake, cupcakes and dessert bar... kaya lang, ang mahal!   

Anyway, hope you can recommend other good suppliers from South/ QC/ Makati/ C5.... so i have other options.  Thanks!

^ di naman. she's very professional and i believe she can work on your budget. She's a lot more professional kasi cake chef talaga. Iused to order from Punky kaso di na sya magseserve by June. Try mo lang sis will be trying Peachy's customized cake for the first time next week, may inorder rin ako sa kanila.
