^  Puro fondant ang nakikita ko sa portfolio ni Gel.  I personally like the taste of her fondant icing, hindi nakakaumay.  Chocolate cake ang bet ko.  Okay din ang butter cake niya but mas pambata ang choco.

If you want buttercream icing, go for Les Sucreries, Kitchen Kraft, French Kiss, etc.

^ oh, wala pala syang buttercream. I was hoping kasi fondant for the kids, and buttercream naman for the adults' cupcakes. Anyway, try ko na rin inquire from her. She's nearer to our place kasi.

Sis, among the 3 you mentioned for buttercream, pwede malaman sino pinaka fave mo or at least rank them ? Hehe... Thanks!

Meron akong supplier from binondo. Masarap cupcakes nya pero communication is very poor kaya maski gusto ko sa kanya uli, eh ayoko na. Stressful yung weeks of no communcation maski she is able to deliver on due date.

^same sentiments kaya nagpalit ako ng cake supplier kasi in the middle of our discussion kung kaya nya execute yung gusto kong design ng cake e bigla ba naman d na sumagot, so ending e change supplier ako. no regrets ako na lumipat ako kay gel colet

I think puwede naman buttercream cupcakes kay Gel.

 I inquired kay Ms. Vhe of Les Sucreries via email, she answered me naman agad the next day... natiyambahan ko yata syang not so busy?...? or baka dahil i asked lang yung price nung cake na nagustuhan ko from her multiply site, she knows na the price kaya siguro ang bilis

Gawa ni Gel Colet of Swell Sweets birthday cake ng son ko. Halos lahat ng bisita iisa ang sinasabi - sarap ng cake! Yung hubby ko na hindi mahilig sa cake gusto ulit umorder.

^ganyan sakin nung una ambilis sumagot, biglang hindi na sumasagot nung nagtatanong na ako kung kaya nya maexecute yung designs na gusto ko, and time for me is very precious since im based abroad. after 3 days of no reply from her, i decided to ask gel colet na since she's the one who made my cuppies naman and good thing free pa naman cya nun. si ms veronica of les sucreries sumagot almost a week after na. nag sorry pa sakin na d cya nakasagot agad but still she didn't answer my question nun. if she did answer my question baka pwede ko pa cya consider pero medyo naguluhan akong kausap cya

A friend gave me the Brazo de Mercedes and masarap siya. I'm not a cheesecake person so for me to say that a cheesecake is good, for sure masarap yun.

wah. help naman mga sis. meron kayang supplier na mabilis gumawa pero masarap? less than a month na lang binyag na ni nephew. baka hindi nila kayanin last resort ko sana yung redribbon cakes.

^^^nagpacustomize ako sa kanila last year ng 6" cake and mini cupcakes. Yung mismong cake at cupcake, moist sya and okay naman ang lasa, yung icing ang di namin nagustuhan kasi ang tamis at kumukulay sa mouth. natry din namin yung normal cupcakes nila, mas nasarapan kami dito kasi normal frosting lang.

Argh! Im making things difficult for me. I've also been browsing other sites likes perfectly sweet and sweet success 888... Yung short list ko now nagiging long list na!

I want both cuteness and yummy-ness kasi to please both kids' and adults' palates... I want cute fondant toppers but i also want a regular non-fondant icing para delish din yung cakes and cupcakes.

Katupos-tapusan nito eh becky's or purple oven nalang. Hehe
