@Superpinya: Hi,I availed 16 sessions of the 3 treatments (Lipo Cav,Multifirm &Body sculpt)  then may free 4 Body Sculpt bec. I availed another 4 Multifirm. My total is 58,200.00. Regular rate is way expensive. Like for instance,one Lipo Cavitation is 8k if im not mistaken.

1st session I lost 2 inches. 2nd I lost 1. 3rd I lost 1.4 inches. (3rd was last night after ive posted my previous post)

 Like all of yours,these are combined lower,mid and upper abdomen.

 I dont rely much on the measurements but how my tummy looks after. Before I had 3 treatments,isang block lang siya. After 3 treatments,may guhit na sa gitna parang naghulma yung gitna. Then mas mababa yung left and right.

After treatments nga pala,mas intense ang diet program ko para mamaximize ang pag flush out ng fats.

Napalunok ako Sis! But losing 4.4inches in three sessions seems huge!! Ang galing! I just don't know if I can afford that program. Wah I hope I have that amount of cash Sis, meron diet plan? What does it involve? Like a list po of food you can and cannot eat? Or as in Meal plan siya for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks?

Nakikia ko yang J Waltenspiel sa group buying sites! Yung effect ng Lipo Cav sa first session mo, malaki ba yung nabawaaas? Atsaka hindi ba siya nadadagdagan ulet after some time? Kase may nabasa ako na after ng session, pag daw nimeasure lumiliit pero after some time(after few days), bumabalik sa dati or nadadagdagan ulet.. Thanks Sis!

hindi ko alam wala akong tape measure sis. haha. di pa ko nakabalik eh. will go back there baka sa monday. I'll make sure its 30 mins na.

sa diet sis ang ginagawa ko no rice. pati ulam konti lang. minsan bread lang. 3 weeks na kong hindi nag ra'rice. tapos i don't drink cold beverages para hindi mabuo yung fats ulit. sasanayin ko na to, discipline lang kasi dapat.

The meals after Lipo Cav are harder to follow  (ex. Meal 1 is only 2 boiled eggs ) kesa yung regular days or what they call "Maintenance diet" .

The exercise plan naman 30 mins a day lang siya pero ang hirap! For me lang ha. Kasi it involves weights. Im a yoga practitioner and Zumba on the side kasi so nanibago ako sa program.

Hello there! Its my first time here in GT and I just want to share my SEXY SOLUTIONS experience.

I underwent LIPO CAVITATION (can only be done once a week according to the consultant)
 MULTI FIRM (same as RF)
and BODY SCULPT (toning of muscles)

It was recommended na sabay2 sila gagawin in a day. So meaning 3 different treatments in one sitting. Eto yung mga ginagawa ng celebrities, i.e. Andi Eigenmann.

So far. I've only done 2 sessions of each and results are already very visible.

Dont get me wrong pero I opted for Sexy Solutions kasi before I purchased,I looked at the machines of other clinics (cheaper rate) iba talaga yung sa SS. So nag-ipon nalang talaga ako and luckily I got to avail their promo packages kaya lang it already ended. Next year na daw ulit. As of today,regular rates na sila.

Service is really good in SS. No waiting time. If you are scheduled,the moment you get there,you will be served.

Right now,im already researching for cheaper clinics with visible results as well kasi masakit na sa bulsa yung SS. Let me know if you find any that is very much worth the money.

I'm thinking of availing also pero I'm still torn kung sa Sexy Solutions ba or Cathy Valencia or Allura or Zerona  anyway, you said you availed of the 16 sessions plus yung may free right? i have their pricing list and na cconfuse lang ako sa pricing ng package and pricing ng hindi package. anyway, for the per session sa package, does that cover the entire abdomen area na? so if you availed of the 16 sessions, that means 16 times ka babalik dun weekly for the entire treatment? and how long yung duration per treatment? Complete package na pala eh! Kase I think Meal plan itself would cost much din. Hmmm. It's a good thing they were offering installments. And I have seen sa net yung single sessions, malaki nga ang difference kapag nagavail nung package.

Sis, baket po mas mahirap ifollow yung meal after lipo cav? Do you feel exhausted po after the treatment kaya you would prefer a heavy meal?

I have tried yogs din Sis pero pe subject lang siya. :| And I must say, wala sa class namen na hindi pumayat. Lahaaaaat talaga pumayat.

marerecommend ko same machine as SS eh [textspeak!] symetrique sa timog. tripolar [textspeak!] RF machine nila.
i think 1500 for the 3 procedure.(30 mins each unlike iba na 15 or 20 mins lang)

I have checking out their page. Same yung name ng procedures with Sexy Solutions! Wahhh. But the prices weren't shown there. Tatry ko nga din tawagan to confirm. Thanks Sis!

Sis, mejo naguguluhan lang ako kase may nababasa ako from group buying sites na RF daw if for melting ng fats and toning of muscle?

Pero parang may nabasa ako na Lipocav daw yung pantunaw and RF ang pangtone so kelangan sabay sila gawin. Hmm. Para po ba san yung RF? Tas para san yung Lipocav? Thanks Sis!

@Superpinya : yes sis okay naman na kasi complete na rin ang package. oo mas mahirap in the sense na mas strict ang meals 3 days after Lipo Cav. Example 2 boiled eggs lang,1 meal ko na yun. Pero nasanay na rin ako.

I didn't try Symmetrique and I dont think I want to try it kasi wala pa akong nabasang reviews and if its as good as Sexy Solutions, I dont think they will be pricing that low.

@Audrey: their promo has ended already. back to regular rates. I go 2x a week. I have 20 sessions all in all (inc the free)

kakatapos lang ulit ng session ko.. combi ulit.. yung sa braline ko grabe ang natanggal.. yung kanina ko pang tummy lang.. pero sabi nung assistant ko, concentrate daw ako sa upper part kasi ok na ang tyan and waist ko.. to make it proportional daw, trim the upper part.. yehey! effective nga.. 28 na waist ko from 30 inches.. once a week lang ang session ko..
after ng session, cr agad.. yung urine ko super yellow.. yun na daw ang fats na naalis ng RF.. last week, every hr nawiwi ako.. as in until 1am yun.. after 3 days, dun ko napansin na wala na yung fats sa upper part ng bra ko.. [textspeak!] lower part meron pa meron konti nalang.

There's this portable RF machine that I really want to get for Christmas, it's called Tripollar Stop and Tripollar Pose by Pologen, same company na gumawa ng Tripollar na pang RF sa mga bonggang clinics lol Tripollar stop is for facial tightening, Tripollar pose is for the body and for melting fats. Di pwede ang Pose sa face kasi nakakamelt ito ng subcutaneous fats sa face which in turn could make the face old, tuyot kung baga kasi when we get older, those fats may actually help make us look younger kaya madami nagpapafillers for that. It comes with it's own RF creams na mahal if you'd buy separately buti nalang sa sulit madami nagbebenta ng RF creams.

I availed the Ensogo deal for Skin Metro. rf+cavi+electric muscle stimulation, 10 sessions is 5600 I think. More than an hour yung procedure and I'm hoping na may makita ako effect compared sa 6k 10sessions of monopolar sa Zerona na walang effect kaloka! If I had more money talaga magpapa Tripollar ako sa Asian, 24k for 4 sessions eh kaso ganoon talaga if you wanna save money for beauty you really have to take chances on which ones that work and those that doesn't lalo na pag mura talagang trial and error lang kaya nga these forums exist para those who've tried inexpensive stuff that work can go try it themselves and see if it works for them diba!!

I bought rf for face through metrodeal sa la estetica. I had my first session last wed, kaso lang hindi ako satisfied sa result. Ang bilis lang 15 minutes both cheeks na yun, so 7 mins each. Parang lugi lang sya.   hayss, proper diet and exercise talaga katapat ng pagpapapayat. hahahaha!

my mom and sis have tried this. actually andami na nilang sessions noon. it's very effective. i'm talking about the rf. basta they were having this religiously dati. and boom lumiit ang kanilang mga arms. never tried it myself, busy ata ako. they were having it for free!
