Magkaiba sila e. Yung cavitation, it breaks down the fat cells itself. Ibig sabihin wala na mismo yung lalagyan ng fat.  I'm thinking, kapag marami nang procedure, oonti na yung density ng fat cells dun sa area. So kapag tumaba ka ulit, baka iba na ang shape or silhouette ng body mo.

Yung RF, ibang mechanism sya, but it doesn't destroy fat cells.

Sa clinic kasi na pinuntahan ko, the doctor really talked to me. Anyway, yung prescribe nya sakin, right after ng cavitation RF agad.

But sometimes, kapag wala akong time magtagal dun sa clinic, I asked kung pwedeng ibang day, ok lang naman daw. Basta within a week, para ma-max ang paglose ng inches.

anyways, i was there sa derma esthetique-tandang sora last fri. 1 week na yesterday and i can say na satisfied ako sa results. lipcav+rf ako. lipocav then after 30mins, rf agad. kasi ang sagwa tignan pag hindi na-rf agad. mas loose pa yung skin mo compared nung pumasok ka ng clinic. tapos nung nagsubside na swelling the next morning, ganda na nya. wala ng lukot yung skin ko. tight na.
sinabayan ko ng workout tapos i lost 5lbs na agad for the past week.
puro inom ng tubig, more than 3 liters yata ako a day. nasa bahay lang naman kasi me.

Have you tried having Lipo Cavitation treatment? How did it worked on you? Is it really effective?

Actually [textspeak!] nila it does different thing. Yung lipo cavi is to for you to loose the fats through lymphatic drainage. tas yung RF naman is used after it pra mag firm up naman at hindi mag sag yung balat after the cavi.

I just called Dermaesthetique to book my cavitation sessions. The girl was nice and patient enough to book all 8 sessions for me. The first session won't be til December though because they're fully booked na for October and November. My sessions are set weekly. She just can't book the last 2 sessions because they don't have scheds for Feb 2012 yet. She said we'll just schedule those on my first visit

So booking went well, I hope the service will be as good

ako kasi lipocav+rf agad, as in 30mins apart lang. soggy kasi after,e. kasi nadurog yung fats, so walang naghohold ng skin to the muscle. 
yung itsura nya kasi parang yung sa biggest loser, yung nagwe-weigh in sila na midriff yung suot nila... soggy yung skin.
mas maganda kung rf agad kasi kita mo na effects the next day, pag nagsubside na yung swelling. 
mukhang mas mamo-motivate ka to lose more weight pag ganun kesa pag nakita mong soggy yung skin mo. baka isipin mo na parang walang nangyari sa lipocav mo. 
nagpa-rf ako agad kasi sayang din trip to the clinic, medyo malayo sa akin,e.

pwede rin siguro na puro lipocav muna tapos tsaka ka magpa-rf. kaya lang sabayan mo ng matinding ab workout or dumbbell raise (kung sa arms) agad at diet. kasi saggy talaga yung skin. habang hindi ka pa nagpapa-rf, magworkout ka muna. para matulungan din na mailabas agad yung fats.  you may want to look sa ibang thread, (swap-a-voucher). 
1 session pa lang me nung sept 16. and satisfied ako.  mas nagagawa ko na yung mga plank pose sa workout ko. nakakapag-crunches na rin ako straight lying position at hindi bent ang knees, ha! LOL!
will be coming back uli dun for my 2nd session on sept 30. tummy pinagagawa ko.
yung iba arms pinagagawa. lipocav + rf.
re sa legs mo, bat di mo muna try jogging or jump rope? 20mins everyday is enough, sis. yung legs kasi ang pinakamadaling papayatin,e. kasi palaging gumagalaw. sayang naman voucher mo kung pwede mo pang gamitin sa ibang parts.

Hindi ba dapat, sabay ang cavitation at saka RF para mas maganda para while loosing your fat, napaplantsa na rin yung skin mo para di sag. Ang explain din sa akin ng mga dermatologist sa SCS, dapat while having may cavitation and rf sabayan ko rin ng diet at exercise, which is true kasi we're changing into a more healthy lifestyle nga so needed ng maintenance.
