I am very looking forward na manganak lalo si Dra. Zamora ang OB ko, I know I am in good hands dahil sobrang experienced na sya at hindi sya nananaga sa fees 

Pansin ko lang sis, lahat yata ng nabasa ko dito under Dra. Zamora puro CS, I preferred sana VBAC (since I was CS due to ectopic pregnancy last year). So sana normal vaginal birth ako sa kanya. Ayoko na ma CS...

Basa basa ako mga posts here. Nakakatuwa. Alagang Dra. Zamora din ako sa dalawang anak ko. Namimiss ko tuloy siya. Hehe. Hanggang ngayon mura pa rin sya maningil. Naalala ko dati dami kong nirekomendahan kaya nung 2nd panganganak ko sobrang bigtime din ang discount.    Super bait talaga nun.

Sis hayne22 balik na sis kay dra para masundan na si kuya kame after 3yrs balak namin ni hubby sundan si baby kaloka di ba yun talaga yung inisip namin gayun kapapanganak ko pa lang hahaha. Sarap kasi ng may baby. First time mom here.

Sis sixteen_16, mabilis lang ang recovery ko sis. At 2 weeks nakakagalaw na ko ng maayos. Actually yung wound site ko healed na sya sa labas mga 1week after ng operation. Early ambulation sis really help para sa mas mabilis na recovery. Ako kasi pinilit ko makatayo at konting lakad mga 2days after ng cs ko. Sabe ni dra pwede na ko magbalik sa usual routine ko after 2 months then totally healed na [textspeak!] wound pati sa loob after 6months. Don't worry sis ok naman din ang cs

For those who have already given birth here, may mga complimentary things ba for baby like thermometer, blanket, etc.? Kasi pag naco-confine kami dito, may binibigay na wash basin, thermometer, plastic cup, etc. I wonder if ano binibigay pag for birth.

Hi sis just had my cs yesterday.. ang lamig pala sa or..nanginginig ako all throughout ng operation and dahil na din siguro sa anethesia ko..super overwhelmed lang once I heard my baby's cry.. hubby was not allowed inside pero binigay lang namin digicam para makuhanan nila.. my ob dra. Cristina lee and pedia dra. Josie chua where both maalaga samin ni baby..im very thankful na we chose dra lee cause she really took care of us..all the nurses where friendly and accomodating naman..tomorrow kami pwede umuwi pero ill check pa kasi baka wala pa kuryente sa house namin..
For the hosp bag naman, may kasamang thermometer, alcohol,cotton,container etc..di ko na alam yung iba e kasi si hubby ng open and binibigay na niya sa nurse pag need nila icheck kami..

^sis just to add up, they also gave diaper (care yung brand), lactacyd (blue),  [textspeak!] nasal aspirator for baby...

^ thanks! I think going home outfit na lang kelangan ko dalhin, extra diapers and a swaddle blanket hehe. If ever kelangan mag-supplement si baby, ako ba magdadala ng bottle?

gave birth sa CGH back in 2012 under dra susana lao - and super satisified ako sa service ng hosp. Na-admit ako around 5PM, gave birth around 10 PM..normal delivery pero naka-epidural. She explained to me the risks (including the additional pay) but it was all worth it. At 5cm, they wheeled me in na for epidural - kaya hindi talaga ako nahirapan. Sabi nga ni Dra, ang trick lang talaga is that I'll do what they say. Since I cant feel anything, medyo kelangan ko mag-imagine na umiiri ako. Since walang pain, I kinda enjoyed the whole process. Pagkalabas ni baby, na-breastfeed at nalaro ko na agad siya. Sa recovery room, ako lang ata yung maingay kasi yung ibang mommies tulog (kasi twilight ata yung anesthesia nila) pero ako, gising na gising kaya i got to spend her first hours na hawak ko talaga siya. Si dra Susana super supportive and dahil soft-spoken siya, kalmado rin lang ako. Yung mga nurses sa OR and recovery room, mababait rin. Pedia ko si Dra Tu-Go, and maalaga rin. Since wala naman ako complications and healthy naman si baby, we opted for non-aircon room, ward area. Hindi na ako nag-inarte kasi inisip ko, whatever we save, ibibili ko na lang ng gamit ni baby. Two nights lang naman din kasi ako - parang isa lang din kasi yung first night nasa OR ako so one lang ako dun sa room. After deductions sa Philhealth - i only paid around 29K, that already includes the epidural. Instead of paying 10K, binigyan ako ng discount ng anesthesiologist (i forgot na her name). Nagchikahan kasi kami habang nasa OR ako. From 10K, she just billed me for 5K  Happiness! Sa facilities ng hospital - ok naman. Ang only complaint ko is wala silang water dispenser for the patients. When i gave birth kasi, bumabagyo and baha sa labas, so nahirapan si hubby to buy supplies sa 7-11. Pero over-all, considering na I only paid less than 30K, super ok na

Sis chubbycheeks yes tama pa pala yung dagdag ni sweetberries..buy additional diapers, cotton na din..and extra damit and cover ni baby kasi on the delivery mismo they will be asking it from you na din.. did I mentioned this on my previous post ba na what I liked is that they really implementing yung kasama mo agad si baby mo..once I heard her cry na din kasi from the or to recovery room on my way to our room eh kasama ko na siya..i mean yung nurse may bitbit sa kanya.. depende ata sa pf ng ob and anes mo e kasi parang mahal yung ob ko?! Ok lang din sakin kasi siya din ob ni mama before.. Sched CS then stay sa new bldg private room(2750/day) for 5 days, inabot kami ng total of 81k..less na yung 11k from our philhealth..

^ thanks, sis! Kala ko yun baby clothes gagamitin lang pauwi hehe.  Gosh sana di naman ganyan kalaki yun babayaran sa hosp. Same kami ng ob ni sis ia. Hopefully, ganun lang din magastos ko.

^sis what do you mean supplement for baby? Formula milk? Di po kasi sila pumapayag na magbigay ng formula milk sa cgh, breastfeeding advocate sila. Ako super nahirapan sa first few days ni baby since di pa ko nun marunong magpa bf talagang tiis si baby, nakakaawa kasi gutom na gutom at iyak ng iyak. I even asked them na pumirma ako ng waiver para lang mapadede si baby with formula milk but they didn't allow. Nagdala din ako ng bottle pero di ko nagamit.

^ yes, that's what i meant. Ah ganun ba...May magtuturo ba sayo how to breastfeed?

^^ dala ka nalang extra dami sis kasi everyday may pupunta sa room nio para paliguan si baby kaya need din ng extra damit..pero kung normal ka naman, malamang the next day pwede kana umuwi.. and yes may magtuturo sayo reg breastfeeding..yung mga nurses sa pedia will go to your room to monitor your baby every 4 hours and tuturuan ka nila pano ipapalatch si baby sayo mismo..

Kapag pala palapit na nakakatakot na at nakakaexcite at the same time! Pero feeling ko mas excited ako na makita at makasama na namin si baby... Sana maging maayos din ang labor at delivery namin ni baby.

Btw mga sis, ano pala sinusuot during labor? Hehe. Naisip ko lang kasi kung nakahospital gown pa ba tapos ano suot sa loob nun? Wala kasi ako idea, first time ko lahat.

Sis Beng01 I'm sorry ngayon lang nakapagreply busy kasi. Anyway, opo normal delivery yung 2 kids ko. Sa pagkakaalam ko bihira magpa CS si dra unless kailangan talaga. Hindi sya mahiig sa CS kasi mahal daw kaya as much as possible normal ang gusto nya.


--Habol ko lang about pedia naman, piliin nyo Dra. Josie Chua magaling din yun at napakabait rin.

Good to know na normal delivery ka, i am happy na mas prefer ni dra. Zamora ang normal delivery kasi I am working hard (eating no salt and sweets since June). Btw my expected due date is October 31, sana hindi masyado malaki si baby
